This is a newly painted two-bedroom and two-bathroom condo. This 7th-floor condo is located on the beach and has an ocean view with balcony access from BOTH the MASTER BEDROOM and Living ROOM.
705 Celadon is located on the West end of Panama City Beach! This is the most desired area in Panama City Beach!
See dolphins, turtles, and other sea life from your private balcony!
The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the surf and sand. There is a large flat-screen television while you curl up in bed to relax. New King Mattress.
The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a Smart TV. (It's Perfect for the children.)
In the living room, there is a new full-size sectional sofa with plenty of seating.
Fully Equipped Kitchen has a pantry closet for storage of grocery items.
For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the condo.
There are two full baths in this condo. Both have a tub-shower combo. The master bath has a double vanity.

Favorite Stay!!

This unit was perfect for my family of 5 including three older teens. Location was fantastic, close to everything and just off the elevator. The views are amazing from this unit. I would love to stay here again! Natalie was very responsive with any and all questions I had! This unit is on the 7th floor!

Great place to stay

My family had a lot of fun here. Celadon is on the quieter side of PCB which has its positives, like less people on the beach. The downside is that is a longer drive to dining mostly because of traffic. We had no complaints about the condo it was furnished as pictured and had everything we needed. My biggest complaint is with the company that provides the chairs and umbrella service. There was not one day during our weeklong stay that the chairs and umbrellas were setup before 8:45 to 9:00. Also, if you weren't in your chairs or at least have a towel on your chair at 2:45 they would put it away. Again this is nothing to do with the condo but it was frustrating, especially if you had went to the pool for a little while just to come back and your chair is no longer there. We will look to stay here again.

Gorgeous views

We have stayed at this condo building in prior years in a different unit and love that it is on a slightly quieter part of the beach. This unit has a large balcony and kitchen contained everything we needed. The unit was a little smaller than we expected for a two bedroom, but since it was just myself and my husband, it was plenty of room. Contact with owner and check-in process was easy. Always love that beach chairs are included. Keep in mind this unit is directly outside the elevators, but we only noticed a little bit of noise on one particular day otherwise was not an issue.

Great condo, not the best location

The condo lives up to the expectations. It is right off the elevator and yet it is still quiet. The condo is clean and has a great view of the ocean. The only down side is the location is not ideal due to the roads being worked on. The restaurants and the shopping center takes longer to get to because both 98 and front beach road are down to one lane. This is not the condo’s fault and the room is worth it, just be prepared to add 15 minutes to drive time.

We love Celadon

We have been staying at Celadon the week of spring break for the past several years. This was our first time in this unit and I have no complaints. The beds were comfy, it was clean, and the kitchen had what we needed. It was a nice, relaxing trip!

Unbearable construction noise 5 days straight

I was not made aware that the building is undergoing major renovation of every unit to replace the floors. We woke at 9:00am (mercifully) Monday - Friday to the sound of floor tiles being hammered off, and it lasted to nearly 5:00 pm every day. The property manager said every owner had been well informed. Also, I did not receive the door code until I called the owner upon arrival. All of this made the poor-fitting slipcovers on the sofa and the blinds on the front bedroom that didn't block light (much less the view of people waiting for the elevator just steps away) and the dirty cookware even less appealing. Just a little open disclosure and spruce up could make this a nice unit.

Absolutely Beautiful Condominium

The condominium was just perfect for a beach getaway. The elevator is right next to the door which was so convenient to hop right on. There was no noise from the elevator that we could hear in the condo but it was perfect for getting right to parking or to the beach. A short little walk and you are right at either one. The condo was perfectly clean and beautifully decorated. The balcony was perfect for sunrise and sunset views. The balcony furniture was comfortable and perfect to sit at to enjoy coffee and breakfast. The complimentary beach chair service was a nice add on. There were extra pillows and blankets. The couch was very comfy for relaxing on with a wonderful view of the ocean so even when coming in from the heat of the afternoon I felt like I was still on the beach. The throws were a nice addition when snoozing for an afternoon nap. We travel and stay in many condos and this was a nice 10/10.

Summer Vacation 2024

We actually stayed in the same building last year just a different unit. Love having our room next to the elevator. The sectional sofa was nice and comfortable as well. Would rent this unit again.

It was a very pretty condo. We had a couple of bumps but nothing serious. The twin beds are in a tiny room just be aware of that but the bedroom was big enough and we had room to move around. I would stay here again.

Cozy & Comfortable đŸ–ïž

We enjoyed our stay very much! I am not going to lie, we originally booked this condo because someone commented how comfortable the beds were (lol) but this was very important to me since we were staying for over a week. The review was correct! The beds were so comfortable, even the bunk beds! We also loved how clean and cozy the condo was
 extra blankets for movie night on the couch made it feel like home . The host was also very responsive to any questions we had. Location was perfect! It’s on the calmer side of pcb which is ideal for our family. Id definitely recommend using the local grocery store thats closest to the condo rather than going to Walmart- we didn’t know about this store until our last night unfortunately.. I believe it’s called the Carousel (?). The only negative id have is the condo needing more places to hang bathroom towels - but not a big deal to us. We would definitely stay again 😊

Spring in January

A lovely unit with a wonderful view. Kitchen was stocked very well. Master bed was super comfortable. Natalie made the rental exception easy . I would love to stay again.
