The beautiful “Cresta Di Mare” is located between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. This coastal home is steps away from the beach and resort style lagoon pool. Take a free tram ride or a 5 minute walk to the pristine white sand beaches. Steps away from local dining, shopping, bike rentals, and playgrounds. The neighborhood is vary quaint. The house has a wraparound first floor porch, and balconies off each room to enjoy all of the sights, sounds and sunsets of this beautiful beach community.
This coastal home features three bedrooms and a loft with 2 bunk beds on the third floor. It is the ideal place for entertaining, making it the spot for family fun or a beach reunion. The moment you come up the front porch stairs you’ll feel like your vacation has begun. Simple, natural colors and textures abound. Step inside this light and bright home that includes a newly updated kitchen, freshly painted white walls and new canvas covered sofa. A well equipped open-floor plan kitchen looks out over brand new quartz countertops to the living room and has plenty of space to prepare your meals! The interior benefits from multiple windows that provide ample light, as well as a new large flat screen TV. Coastal decor adorns the room. Enjoy sitting at the kitchen bar counter for a quick breakfast, or at the large dining room table, before you run down to the sugar sand beach.

All of the bedrooms are decorated with coastal elements. The first-floor full bath serves both the living area and the bedroom. This bedroom has a queen bed, as well as an iron and ironing board in the walk in closet.

The laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer, including beach towels and chairs.

Outback there are two parking spots with a covered walkway, along with an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach or pool.

Upstairs you’ll find dual master suites. Each room has a large king size bed, flat-screen TV, en suite bathrooms with showers and bathtubs, and spacious private balconies with chairs to enjoy the sun or cool breezes at night.

On the third floor, there are two sets of twin bunk beds, a TV, and a great outdoor area to catch a beautiful sunset or views of Seacrest and Alys Beach. This bunk loft sits high among the rooftops of Seacrest Beach. Modern touches keep the vibe fresh and the mood beachy, and that’s something you can say for the whole house!

Additional features include a standard drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig, crock pot, outdoor gas grille, 2 Beach Chairs, 1 umbrella and Pack N Play. There is also 24-hour onsite security for your added protection.

First Floor: Living Room with Queen sleeper sofa, Dining Table, Kitchen, Queen Bedroom, Bathroom with Walk-In Shower, Laundry Room.

Second Floor: King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo + Balcony Access, King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Garden Tub + Balcony Access.

Third Floor: Loft with Two Twin Bunks + Balcony Access.

*Beach tram available seasonally (March-October) The tram stop is right around the corner from the house and it will take you to the pool or the beach access.

The pool is a 2 minute walk from the house. The beach is also a super close walk- 5 -6 minutes.

The Peddler Village (Seacrest Beach Town Center) is a 5-10 minute walk from the house. You can grab a coffee, eat, shop, grab a drink and rent bikes there! There is also a small market to pick up some items for your stay.

Publix is the nearest full grocery store which is 2.3 miles from the house.
