Edgewater 2-307 is a beachfront 2BR/2BA condo in Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort. This unit has a spacious balcony overlooking the Gulf and boasts stunning floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room! You’ll find comfortable furnishings throughout and a well-appointed kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. With a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this condo sleeps up to 6 guests.
