Imagine relaxing in the warmth of Florida's sun and the cool gulf breezes as you are serenaded by the surf. That dream is reality at Top of the Gulf #711. Enjoy beach living at its best in this beach view condo that sleeps 4. Inside the unit you have a beautiful view of the beach and just steps outside the door there is a large shared balcony. This unit has a comfortable king size bed as well as twin bunk beds. This is a non smoking/vaping unit. You must be 21 to rent and show ID at check in

This condo has everything you need for a great vacation on the beach. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking or fixing a quick snack before you head back to the sand. The kitchen has an apartment size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, a full size stove and oven. There is a keurig coffee pot, toaster and cookware.

WE SUPPLY: All bed linens and 6 bath towels 2 hand towels and 4 wash clothes. Two rolls of toilet paper, one dishwasher detergent capsule and two trash bags will be also provided . This condo is equipped with a coffee maker, blender, and all necessary cooking utensils as well as WiFi in the unit. There is also a hair dryer and iron provided.

There are no beach towels provided.

DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES ARE NOT PROVIDED DURING YOUR STAY.
There is a coin operated washer and dryer on the floors 2, 4 and 6 for your use if you need to wash your linens during your stay.

No condos at Top of the Gulf have a private balcony but there is a small balcony a few steps outside our door that is perfect for watching sunsets from. Just down the hall is a large common balcony with plentiful seating that faces directly towards the gulf.

Guests will have full access to the condo as well as all common spaces including pool, kiddie pool, grills, balconies, sun deck, laundry room, game room, exercise room ( 6th floor) internet lounge and private beach access. Beach chairs are available to rent on the beach during season. There is also a pool side snack bar that serves snacks, light meals and drinks between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Located directly on the white sand beach this condo is easy walking distance to Hammerhead Fred’s. It is also less than a mile to Pineapple Willies. Walmart, Ripley's and Wonderworks are less than two miles away .
We recommend a car for you to explore everything PCB has to offer.

You will need to go to the office on the 1st floor of Top of the Gulf to buy a parking pass and armbands. The cost is $30 for one parking pass and four armbands for your entire stay. (may be higher during spring break) there is only one parking pass issued per unit during busy periods. Both of these items are required and closely monitored by our security and staff for your protection.
