If you are looking for a luxury beach get-a-way look no further. This condo has a very open floor plan with beautiful furnishings including leather sofa, wondeful artwork, and large Smart TV's in every room. The tiled floors are spectacular! You will also enjoy the gourmet kitchen with beautiful cabinetry and granite countertops and high end stainless steel appliances and nicely appointed bathrooms, one with a walk in shower the other with a jetted tub! There are two bedrooms the master bed has a comfortable king bed. The guest has a very unique set up with a build in bunk with a king on the bottom and a queen on the top! There is also a new queen sleeper sofa.. The large balcony is very unique as it is shaped to encourage dining outside in a very comfortable setting. The views of the Gulf from this balcony are truly amazing!

Watercrest Condominiums just completed a 4.5 million dollar renovation and the entire complex is fresh and new including the beautiful entrance with amazing water feature to the pool deck where all the outdoor furnishings are new. You will find it well maintained and very clean. Please come and experience this beautiful stretch of sugar white sand beaches, abundant entertainment, and friendly southern hospitality. Of course the beach is the main attraction but the pool complex is a cut above also with the new lounge chairs for your enjoyment. At the East end of the beach you have the waterfront headquarters that is home to legendary fishing fleets, pirates, pontoon boats, kayaks, jet skis, dive boats, and Florida's most visited state park not to mention the best golf courses in NW Florida, and the beautiful uninhabited Shell Island. You can also go tubing or parasailing, diving and snorkeling. Or play a round of miniature golf with the family before you ride the go-carts. It's all right here and much more. The marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, Dolphin Watching Excursion, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or to mention a few. For a wonderful day trip, St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car.
