Nice clean unit in very nice property. Direct beach/ocean front with stunning sunset views. Garage parking is tight, but accessible even with full size 3/4 ton pickup. We had issues accessing our unit when we arrived, but the owner was responsive (even though it was in the middle of the night), and made sure our issues were corrected as quickly as possible. The refrigerator does not keep items as cool as we are used to, but the owner promised to have preventative maintenance visit completed as soon as we checked out. Overall very nice spacious unit and enjoyable Christmas at the beach!!

Sandy was very quick to respond to any and all questions. Beautiful location and overall a great stay. As many of the previous reviews mentioned, the parking is less than ideal. We were very quickly reimbursed for parking in the city owned parking lot. There were a few “bugs” during our stay and the refrigerator/freezer didn’t cool/freeze adequately. Could use a deep cleaning as well. I would stay here again.

The condo was great in a great location. The parking garage is tiny and you can only have one car and have to park in overflow across the street which is 99.9% always full. So public parking is right beside that. It's 12 per day. The host will reimburse you after you screenshot and email proof of how many days you paid There's a few little things like only 3/4 glasses in cabinet they could use some more kitchen utensils and cookie sheets skillets etc. The dishwasher works but doesn't always get the cooking dishes clean. The washer has a weird smell but doesn't leave it on your clothes at all. The rooms all have bathrooms which is fantastic. The rooms are nice as well. You get an extra fold out bed which is nice. I'm the back porch is fantastic and the front porch has extra chairs and beach toys to borrow! The parking was the hardest part. The host was fantastic the whole time answering my questions and being sure we have everything we needed. They promptly reimbursed us for public parking. 5 stars

We had such a great time here. The condo was clean and comfortable. The AC worked great and the balcony was massive! The only problem we had was one of the showers we had didn’t work the first day because of a drain issue. They had it fixed in one day and the owner was very apologetic about it. The owner was very nice and very responsive to any questions we had and also checked in on us during our stay! The condo is very close to many great restaurants and things to do and also close to Walmart which was nice. We will definitely be back!

BEWARE OF ROACHES we saw several and one about 3 inches big!This condos reviews DO NOT reflect what we experienced. We have never been so disappointed in a condo. The parking is AWFUL! There is only 1 space in the garage and it is not meant for a larger vehicle. Very difficult to maneuver. The spot to load/unload is in the middle of a ramp and at the entrance of the garage making it hard to do anything. There is additional parking across the street in overflow parking for 1 other vehicle to park for free, problem is there is NEVER any parking. The lot it situated between a daquri bar and ice cream shop as well as across the street from the local beach access. There are maybe 20 spots available and the lot is not monitored for people who shouldn't be parking there. The only other option is to park further across the street behind another garage and pay a fee (reimbursable). This is not communicated very well in the description. This is a 4br/4ba condo that has the capacity to sleep 10 people. No pans for the oven to cook with. Only 3 small glasses to drink out of. Nowhere to put all the groceries we bought besides the counter. Ice machine didn't work. Lamps in front King bedrooms didn't work on one side. Outlets on patio didn't work. There was nowhere to put our clothes or set luggage except one dresser in one of the rooms. Outdoor furniture cushions were thin and molded. Hot water didn't work in one of the bathrooms. View was pretty...thats about it. Owner responds quick.

Property was wonderful and just as described! The location is great for being close to a lot of activities and restaurants. Beach accessibility was very easy and convenient. We typically don't wear shoes indoors, however we did end up having to wear shoes/house shoes due to the floors being a bit sandy and dirty (turning our feet black) when walking around barefooted. Other than that, everything was great we loved our stay here! Everything else was spotless and we had a very enjoyable experience here.

Great condo! Lots of room!!

It is a great condo! Large living area and bedrooms. Small kitchen but worked great for us. Needed a few maintenance issues fixed but manager was notified and said she would get on it. Nothing wrong that we couldn't live without. Great response by owner. Would stay here again. Holiday weekend and no issues with elevator which is a big one for us!!!

Best accommodations ever

We visit PCB often and have stayed in several places. This has been the most accurate, comfortable, and perfectly located vacation to date. The unit was clean and had such a well appointed layout for spending time with family and enjoying the beach. Easy access to beaches, dining and sights. Property owner was in constant contact and super responsive.I would stay here again if available next year for our family.
