*All guests must be registered with Edgewater Beach Resort and be listed on the Vrbo agreement and must register at least 48 hours prior to their stay at the resort. The primary guest (person whose name is on the reservation) must be at least 25 years old and on property for the duration of the reservation. The registration/parking fee ($50) is one per unit per continuous stay (not per person) and includes one vehicle access pass and the use of most resort amenities. Club amenities like golf, tennis, pickle ball, & use of fitness center require an additional fee, as well as jet skis, parasailing, & banana boats. The registration fee includes access to the beach, 11 pools, 4 hot tubs, splash pad, basketball court, & tram service around the 110 acre resort.

Note: Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon from May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer any concessions during extreme weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance.

This unit sleeps 5 people max per the PCB fire department, including children of any age, they count heartbeats. All beach Hotel's and balconies are non-smoking, non-vaping units, and no pets are allowed. We have small children with severe allergies that often stay, so any guest(s) found in violation will be asked to leave per Edgewater Beach Resort.
