Just steps from both private and public beach access, you'll be enjoying the emerald waters of the Gulf within minutes. After a day in the sun, cool off in the private community pool overlooking the beach or unwind back at the condo with your favorite movie and the comforts of home.

Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully designed 400-square-foot space that makes the most of every inch. Beach-inspired décor, comfortable furnishings, and a fully stocked kitchen make it easy to relax, prepare meals, and recharge between adventures.

This little beach condo is super cute, cozy, and only about 400 square feet. It's perfect for couples or small families, but please consider how that will feel once everyone is inside. This cute little spot is all about location and value. You're just steps from the beach at a price that's hard to beat.

A few things we'd rather you know up front:

-The building is older. It isn't a luxury resort, but we've worked hard to make our unit clean, comfortable, and full of charm.

-The area is lively, especially in the evenings. There are popular restaurants, bars, and nightlife nearby, so you may hear music and see people out and enjoying themselves, particularly on weekends and during peak season.

-Welcome to Florida! You may occasionally see the large outdoor palmetto bugs (often called giant roaches). We have professional pest control service twice a month and do everything we can to minimize them, but because of the climate and the age of the building, occasional sightings can happen here and anywhere along the coast.

****If you're looking for a quiet, secluded luxury retreat, this may not be the best fit. If you're looking for a fun, affordable beach getaway where you can park the car and walk to the sand, restaurants, and entertainment, we think you'll love it.

When the sun goes down, leave the car behind. Restaurants, bars, shopping, and Panama City Beach's vibrant nightlife are just a short walk away, making Palm Place the perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment. You'll be within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants and bars. Car share services and taxi are available and free parking is available onsite for one vehicle. Golf carts are not permitted.

Other Things to Note
Please keep in mind, especially if you have light sleepers in your group, that the condo is in close proximity to nightlife and there may be nights when the music can be heard from the unit during the busy season.

One parking space is available per unit and are available at the entrance to the building or right next to the unit on a mixed dirt/gravel lot. Golf carts are not permitted.

We cannot control mother nature. Due to the tropical climate and humidity, you may see bugs. We have our home professionally treated for your comfort, however, the occasional bug may find its way in. Please keep doors and windows closed, especially at night when the lights are on.

No smoking is allowed (including vape). If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.
No pets are allowed. We love our furries as much as you, but no pets are allowed due to HOA policy. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave.
Person booking and checking in must be at least 18 years old to reserve and must occupy the rental property throughout the whole booking.
Please do not use Flushable Wipes. We have good plumbing but it does not handle flushable wipes well. Clogged toilets due to flushable wipes will result in a plumbing service charge of $250, with an additional $250 if the services are required after hours.
Use of the pool is AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.
Please do not remove furniture from the unit, including patio chairs.
No parties are allowed.
No excessive noise after 10 pm or before 8 am.
Maximum occupancy of 4 people. Off-site visitors are not permitted without prior permission and are subject to a $100 fee per extra guest.
We follow our stated cancellation policies under all circumstances. We highly recommended guests purchase travel insurance to cover weather related issues (tropical storms, hurricanes, etc.) and illnesses that may arise and interrupt travel.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancel 30+ days before arrival: 100% refund (minus Processing Fee)

Cancel 14+ days before arrival: 50% refund (minus Processing Fee)

Cancel fewer than 14 days before arrival: No refund

A non-refundable 4% Processing Fee applies to all reservations and is not returned in the event of cancellation.

HOUSE RULES

This property requires a separate rental agreement to be reviewed and signed after booking. A link to the full agreement will be sent through the message thread in your booking confirmation. It includes guest and property details, stay dates, fees, house rules (e.g., no parties, no smoking, pet rules), cancellation terms, and guest/host responsibilities. Please note that check-in instructions will only be released after the rental agreement is signed.

Additional fees may apply for oversized, heavy, or expedited shipments. Items not requested within 14 days may be donated or discarded at our discretion.
