Maison de Joie (House of Joy) is an incredibly beautiful beach retreat, professionally decorated in bright whites, calming neutrals, and soothing blue hues. This charming 3-story home features 5 bedrooms and 3 separate living/entertainment areas, making it perfect for multiple families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway.

You will appreciate the beauty of this home the moment you step inside. The main open-concept living area welcomes you with plenty of seating and a TV for entertainment. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen features a coffee maker, a two-door refrigerator, and an island with a gas range and seating for 4. Adjacent to the kitchen is a formal dining area with seating for 6 or more. Completing the first floor are a half bathroom, a laundry area, and a back patio with a gas grill, perfect for outdoor gatherings.

There is a convenient 1st floor bedroom suite with 3 more bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor features an amazing space for the kids with a separate seating area and room with 4 built-in beds. Each bathroom is a true spa experience. We know it'll definitely be hard to leave this slice of paradise.

Sleeping Arrangements - Sleeps 16:
1st Floor, Bedroom 1: Queen bed, TV. Private bathroom with dual sinks and walk in shower.
2nd Floor Bedroom 2: King bed, TV and balcony access. Private bathroom with tub and separate shower.
2nd Floor Bedroom 3: King bed, TV.
2nd Floor Bedroom 4: King bed, TV.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 share hallway bath with shower.
3rd Floor, Bedroom 5: 4 full beds. Shared hallway bathroom with dual sinks and tub/shower combo.

Beach Access:
Enjoy FREE tram service from March - October to (and from!) your beach access across 30A at Sunset Beach. Just walk to the nearest designated tram stop and call for pickup. The tram should arrive within 15 minutes. It runs 7 days a week, starting at 9 AM with the last pickup from the beach at 5:30 PM.

Seacrest Beach II:
The showstopper of the area is the 12,000 square-foot lagoon pool. With a waterfall, fountain, and children's splash area we know you'll find your perfect pool day at Seacrest. Surrounded by palm trees and poolside loungers, it might be hard to split your time between this pool and the beautiful Gulf.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
