Emerald Beach is a True Vacation Resort, not just a condominium complex. It has the Best Amenities In PCB. Featuring multiple pools. One pool area is very family oriented with 2 pools and hot tubs. 1 pool is a walk in pool with a Kids Splash Zone and a snack bar located between the 2 pools. There is a large Tiki Bar by the large Beach side pool and hot tubs. Starbucks & The Sky Bar are great for adults.

Spacious one bedroom two bath 23rd floor unit! Sleeps 6 comfortably with a king size bed in the master, bunk area with 2 twin beds in the hallway and a pullout queen size sofa sleeper bed.

Come sit on the balcony and take in the ocean front view of the beautiful emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico, 700 feet of sugar white beachfront and breathtaking sunsets.

Emerald Beach is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, walk to restaurants and shopping. The resort is very family oriented. Be our guests in this comfortable family friendly unit.

There is a Starbucks Coffee Shop and Deli, The Sky Bar Cocktail Lounge in the walkover above the street from the 2 very large parking garages. Hot Tubs, sauna, and steam room are on site that you don't find in other complexes.

Not the cleaniest

The condo itself was okay. The cleaning needs some work. The shower heads haven't been cleaned in I don't know how long. They were full of black mold, you could hardly see the silver from the black. The shower curtains were nasty! This was in both bathrooms. The bed had hair all in it. The lounger on balcony was full of mildew and the chair leg was broken. I cleaned the condo before we could ever use it. We left the condo cleaner than when we arrived.

A MEASURE OF PLEASURE

My wife and I enjoyed our stay and found a relaxing and pleasurable time. The condo was very clean and everything we needed was supplied which makes your week comfortable. We are seniors and felt uncomfortable taking showers as there was not any handicap rails to support yourself with. Also the cushions on the deck need replacing as they were mildewed and a dingy. This is not meant as criticism, but simply to call attention to the condition of the cushions. All in all our week measured out and we had a pleasurable week.

Minor inconveniences

Overall stay was good, just little inconveniences that we had to handle. One of the things was that the water was turned off, and you would think with people coming that day they would make the calls to get that turned back on but I had to do that myself. Good view and location!

Don't do it!!!

First the good; location is excellent. Views are perfect. Sky Bar was a favorite hang out.Now the bad;First came our check in. At 1:30 we messaged manager to see if early check in was available (was set for 4:00pm). We received a reply two hours later we could send one member up to see if cleaners were still there. Hold that thought for just a moment about the cleaners. We decide just to wait. Once on site, we used the code given to access parking garage, and it did not work. Had to wait until someone pulled in and we hopped on their bumper to beat the gate. Once inside the faculty, we were met with multiple elevators not in use and escalators also out of use. We finally figured out how to get to our unit. Code worked to get in...woohoo! Once inside, we heard a smoke detector beeping, which meant bad batteries. That's interesting, as the cleaners would have heard it, right? Anyway, we found batteries and took care of the problem. We walked into the master bedroom and bath, and were met with a terrible smell of sewage. Could not figure it out until I noticed the water was evaporated from the toilet bowl, meaning the trap was dry and all that raw smell was coming up. Flushed the toilet and it was solved. Now, about those cleaners that were supposed to be in the condo cleaning......Manager lied to us. Bottom line. This unit has sat empty for a long time. Balcony furniture covered in mold! Couldn't use it. Ice maker froze solid from not being used in weeks

Good but "NOT" Great!

The room was ok the floors i do not think were swept prior to our arrival sand and dirt was still present, the water was shut off to the unit and there was no instruction or communication to get it turned on luckily we found a small sticker on the bathroom mirror with a number to call also the bedroom fan was very loud and the room is next to the elevator so the noise from them was extremely loud. There were huge roaches found on the balcony would not recommend being out on it at night due to this issue did not see any inside the unit thankfully! Other than those issues our stay was ok... i don't know if i would stay here again maybe a different rooms.

Great condo and location

The condo and location is the best we have had in Panama City Beach and I highly recommend. The reason I couldn't give 5 stars is because of the management company. We asked before coming if there is a gym because I run and have a child who runs in college. I was told no gym, but they were wrong. There is a very nice gym on site and it is open to owners and guest. The nicest gym I have seen at a condo community, too bad the management company doesn't know that and even markets that in the listing. Didn't find this out until half way through our stay so missed out on some runs and workouts. Check-in was 4:00pm directly in the condo. We got there shortly after check-in and house keeping just arrived. We had groceries including cold items and everything to unload. So they rushed and that must be why the condo was not as clean as it should have been. When I called the management company they did not care. It was inconvenient and frustrating given that we just finished a 14 hour drive and grocery shopping and was very tired. Also, the management company charges a 4% credit card fee unless you mail a check. Owners should look for a new management company. Otherwise I would have given a 5 start rating. The views were amazing, plenty of elevators, love the sky bar, gym, and tiki bar by the pool.

Beach was awesome, condo not so much!

View was wonderful, I never leave a bad review, but, this left a lot to be desired! Photos are deceiving. The wicker lounge on the balcony is full of mold on the cushions. There was sand on the floor throughout. The piece of foam on top of the bed was awful. Tubs were both dirty. The worst was having to wash the dishes and silverware before use. Dirty dishes and lip marks on glasses. I have photos if you would like to see them.

Perfect Stay for our Anniversary

This condo was perfect for my husband and I to enjoy our anniversary trip! It is in a great location that is within walking distance of phenomenal restaurants. It was very clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view! The only problem we ran into was a leak from the master bathroom toilet. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would most definitely stay here again!

Overall it was an amazing condo.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The views were breathtaking and check in was easy. We enjoyed the hassle free check in!! They even came and replaced the tv remote that was damaged when we arrived. We loved the decor and it made us feel at home. Elevators here were very slow, but thats to be expected with the amount of people visiting.

Elevators are LOUD

The stay was pleasant but the elevators sound like it is underneath the bed!! Need some type of sound barrier to block the noise. The only problems I encountered was the lounger on the balcony was dirty I put a sheet over it and for the money the bedroom should be on the Oceanside and you wouldn’t here the elevators 24/7. The view is great and the the condo was clean had a lot of toiletries in the room but no toilet paper! Had 2 rolls for 8 days..
