***Our pools are seasonally heated up to 80°-85°! During the cold/winter time, when the outside temperature drops, the pool's heaters are kicked on to maintain the temperature inside the pools within 80-85°. Hot tub is open and heated all year around! Our maintenance team is checking pools daily to make sure the temperature is right

ALL amenities are OUTDOOR and COMPLEMENTARY comes with our condo:

*Covered Outdoor Aqua Park with water slides and a big water basket (not heated at any time)

***Aqua Park and Frog Pad are open all year around, but typically turned off during the off-season to conserve energy. However, these two amenities can be activated upon a guest's request at any time. You may simply ask any Splash Stuff member to turn them on for you. Please note that the water in these parks is not heated, as it is not feasible to maintain constant heating for running water.

***We are providing STARTING KIT for our guests, which includes paper towels, a small bottle of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, toilet paper roll - enough for a day or two until you get to the store. If you think you will need more stuff, please bring your own or buy it at the nearest store. *Please be advised, that this is our private place, not a hotel. No daily housekeeping, no room service, no concierge service

*The the registration fee is $40. This fee includes wristbands and one parking pass (if needed) and covers the entire stay for the whole family. An additional parking pass will be an extra $40. The regeneration fee should be made at the time of registration directly to the resort.
*Beach Chairs in Panama City Beach are open and available from March 1- October 31.
*Splash Palisade bar and grill is available from March 1- October 31
***This condo is the second home for the owner and due to the owner's allergy, no service animals or emotional support animals are allowed at this condo at any time. Thank you for understanding!
*No pets. The resort does not allow any pets on their territory. Any guests violating those rules will be evicted from the property by Resort Security without a refund.
Additionally, a fine will be applied.
