The kitchen was under equipped. No serving dishes. 1 teaspoon. The crockpot had no crock to cook in and it was filthy. The refrigerator needed to be in the dumpster. In order to get ice from ice maker, we had to beat it with the rolling pin to break it up or buy bags of ice. Shelves were missing in refrigerator side and freezer side. We have been owners before and I would be embarrassed to let people stay with these problems after spending their hard earned money. In other comments these issues have been known for over a year. You would think they would have been corrected by now. Not any extra pillows or blankets for the pullout couch. On a positive, good location, beds were comfortable.

Pool had to many strict rules could play in the pool, have floats or balls the kids couldn’t have any toys in pool. Kids had to come out of the pool every hour for ten minutes. Per room the ice maker didn’t work none of the bedroom doors lock, There was a mouse. We will not be staying there again due to so many rules

Not coming back

Well the ice maker was completely frozen and did not work, the handle to the balcony was ripped off, there was mold in the washer, the safes did not work in either of the rooms, there was about a quarter inch gap in the sliding door in the master bedroom, three bathrooms and two rolls of toilet paper, daughters killed two cockroaches in there room, the TV in the extra bedroom did not work, constant mildew smell in the master bathroom, garbage disposal made a real loud noise like grinding metal when it was turned on, security at the pool was so strick over kids playing with rubber balls in the pool and jumping in the pool from the very side of the pool into parents arms and having fun without disturbing anyone made others including us not even want to go to the pool. You was not allowed to set your drink that you bought from the tiki bar next to the pool while you was sitting in the pool or hot tub and just to make sure you know, they were plastic cups. Could not sit on the balcony after the kitchen opened up in the tiki bar for the day due to the very loud metal rattling from the exhaust fan. We left a day early and will not be going back.

Bugs and mold

On a positive note the condo was large and spacious with the exception of Queen bedroom which was not at all big enough for a queen bed, wasnt even room to walk between wall and bed. The mattresses were comfortable however all did not have mattress pads and the mattresses were stained. Pillows were comfortable. Views from balcony were nice and had plenty of seating. Locaton was wonderful. The security gaurd Shanita was an absolute joy to be around all the other security staff have a "i need to prove im in charge attitude" and are rude. Better armbands should be provided as the flimzy paper ones get wet and worn and come off. We lost 2 in ocean as they were to large for grandaugeters arms abd after payin nearly 6000 to stay here dont think should have had to pay more for replacement bands. And you need those bands as that is one of the main things the security gaurds like to exert thier superiority over guest. The other is to walk around parking lot and place stupid notes on your vehicle, i had been there 3 days and got a note that my parking pass wasnt visible, it was on mirror where had been every other night i returned it to security with note that was not my fault they cant see. Several issues with cleanliness of condo, the washing machine had strong mold smell. Kitchen sprayer is full of mold,floors dirty, sparce kitchen utincils,dishes were dirty,ceiling fans filthy and seceral large bugs every night. In need of several updates.Won't stay again or recommend this resort.

Family trip

The property was the perfect size for our family. Our daughter and her family stayed in the room with the bunk beds and was perfect for them. Location was perfect. The negative had to be the kitchen. The oven door is literally falling apart and needs to be replaced. There weren’t any large serving or mixing bowls.The crockpot was missing the pot to put food in. The washing machine was moldy and smelled terrible. Also the ice maker didn’t dispense ice. The master bath leaked because the rubber gasket at the bottom of the door was missing. Overall the condo was good but definitely needs some maintenance.

Lots of space

Overall, very nice unit. Our family of 5 enjoyed all the space we had family that couldn’t make it. We had fun playing cards at the large kitchen table. The balcony and beach chairs were a plus. Pretty nice view even with the pool bar roof in direct view. The furniture is nice, beds are decent. A few things were missing from previous VRBO places I’ve stayed at. A broom would be useful in the unit along with baking dishes to use in the oven. Hair dryers, coasters to protect your nice furniture are a suggestion. Check in and communication were easy. The security staff are friendly and present. The unit’s ice maker was completely solid with ice so that was a bummer for not packing a cooler or making drinks. Definitely not the owners fault.

Thanksgiving trip

The room was super spacious and clean. It is decorated nicely. It had a couple of maintenance things that needed attention. The actual resort is very strict on their rules of the wristbands and parking passes. It would’ve been expected and totally understandable if it were summer time, but when nobody is really even there, it was a little excessive. There would be like 5 people at the pool and the guard would make laps around making sure that everyone had their wristbands on (you couldn’t just have them with you or on your bag but had to be on your body. And we got cited because our Parking pass didn’t have our departure date on it. However, the resort is very nice and clean. It was decorated very nicely for Christmas and we would definitely stay there again.

Condo needs repairs

4th bedroom is size of a walk in closet. Highly disappointed. Both walk in showers did not have good seals so wasted clean towels for water leakage. Oven door coming apart and burner dials couldn't be read. No pot holders or dish rags in kitchen and one bath towel per person. I believe should be two. Renting this bring some from home.

I was worried about a condo at first as we usually stay in a townhouse but I was very pleased! The elevators were fast! The beach wasn’t overcrowded. Communication with manager was very easy and they responded quickly! My only complaint was security knocked on our door after 11PM for a float that was outside of our door. I feel like they should make rounds earlier!

Nice, comfortable stay

The property was spacious and comfortable for 12 people. 8 adults, 4 kids ranging from 1 to 9. There were a few quirks to the unit such as having a hard time finding light switches, coffee maker not being cleaned, vacuum not having wheels on it. But the beds were comfortable, and it was a convenient location. The furniture was not the same as pictured, but we were satisfied with what we had. They even updated the outdoor furniture while we were there (and they notified us beforehand which we appreciated). We also liked the minimal decor and sturdy furniture (no breakable decor). I was glad we brought trash bags, hair dryers, paper towels, dish soap, and toilet paper. The Walmart is convenient for anything forgotten. There is a live band that plays each night; it was a joy to listen to and did not go late into the night. The bar/restaurant blocked some of the view, but we still got great shots of the sunset. The pool was wonderful and well kept. The staff on site was on top of the ball; they were very kind and helpful. They enforced rules such as arm bands, no drinks in pool, and kids out once and hour, but they were very kind about it and did not affect us enjoying the amenities.. There was a coffee/corner market directly below the unit. It was an easy walk to the beach. It felt secluded, but was close to everything. The food at the hotel bar was great. In all, we were happy with our 4 day stay, and we would consider staying with this management group again.

Nice place

Very nice place. The door to balcony was very hard to open but maintenance came the last day and fixed. The AC quit working as well but was fixed within 24 hours. The room with the queen bed is super tiny. Unable to walk on either side of bed so you have to crawl from the bottom of the bed to get in. No closet or dressers in this room. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Vacation Made Easy

This condo was just what we needed for our family getaway. We walked in and everything was clean, nothing needed to be done. It was very spacious and their was plenty of room for my immediate family and in-laws. The 3 bathrooms definitely helped make things easy with bathing kiddos. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Misrepresented

The unit was completely misrepresented. The photos were old and in no way showed the actual condition of the condo. The living room furniture that was in the unit is old and broken down. Only the master suite had furniture other than beds and nightstands. Therefore, there was no place to put our clothes other than the linen closets. The sliding door to the balcony was so hard to open that it took two adults to open and close it. A maintenance man came and worked on it but he said he couldn’t do much for it. When we got to the unit it was filthy. We had to call to have it cleaned. There was sand everywhere, floors, couches, everywhere. The kitchen was sparsely outfitted and the ice maker was frozen up. But we fixed that problem. We loved the location of the unit, and once it was cleaned we felt much better about it.
