Grand Panama Beach Resort is one of the premier condo complexes in all of Panama City Beach! Complimentary Beach Chairs included.

This beautiful unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit comes stocked with newly updated stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom.

The master bedroom comes equipped with a king size bed and a 40 inch flat screen TV. The master bathroom has dual vanities, a walk in shower, and a separate tub.

The second bedroom comes with a Queen size bed and a TV in it. The second bathroom has a shower and tub combo in it.

An extra queen size bunk bed is in the hallway. Each bunk has a private TV! There is a bonus twin size trundle bed under the bunks.

Enjoy the beautiful beaches and breathtaking sunsets from the large balcony.

ABOUT Grand Panama:

Property features two pools, two hot tubs, on-site tiki bars, on-site dining and shopping, exercise room, kiddie pool, coffee and ice cream shop, business center, meeting room, covered parking, WiFi hot spots.

From our upscale condo, you can walk right out onto our pristine snow-white beachfront. Lay out and swim in the crystal clear emerald waters of the gulf.

Amenities are plentiful from endless stretches of sugar white sandy beaches to large tropically inspired swimming pools (one is heated), kiddy pool, Jacuzzis, and fitness center.

Guest Registration is completed online prior to arrival. There is a $55 resort fee, which will include the guest registration, a parking pass for one vehicle as applicable and wristbands for the guests. The parking pass for a second vehicle is $35. Same for Motorcycles. Trailer parking is $55. Resort Pet Fee is $50 up to 7 days, $5 per day after. No pets over 25lbs.

Easy Check in. Room was clean and beautiful. We only had 2 issues. Someone left a massive amount of egg shells and wax paper in the garbage disposable. The disposal did not work and the sink backed up at times. I reported this to the property management and they were to tell maintenance. The second issue was the door to the washer/dryer would not open. I also reported this. Maintenance never came to fix the issues while we were there. Otherwise, the unit was clean and very nice.

Very nice property

Grand Panama is a very nice property and sits right on the beach. This is second year staying here and it is convenient to many restaurants, shopping, and activities. The management keeps the property in very good condition.

Door lock was very tricky. Door doesn’t lock automatically when you leave. You have to manually lock it. Only a huge soup pot and very small kettle and small frying pans. Took me 3 different times to fry hamburger meat for spaghetti sauce and macaroni noodles. Grandsons really enjoyed the bunk beds. TV in master bedroom do not work.

The shower in the master was covered in mildew. I sprayed it twice with Clorox cleanup and got most of it off. The toilet in the same bathroom kept stopping up. The thermostat was set at 72 and could not be changed without a code. I called, sent a text and email and never got a code. I bought a wrap and kept it on when we were watching tv.also no hot water in the kitchen sink.

Great beach location

We have stayed at a number of condos in Panama City Beach. This one was on a lower floor than we normally stay which was convenient and still had great views, so the location was a positive! There were a few things that were disappointing but probably just a matter of taste. I thought the king size bed was like sleeping on piece of plywood. Interestingly enough, there was a new mattress under the bed still in plastic that had not just been put on the bed. I think other reviews have also given the bed low marks. The front door frame looked like the door had been kicked in at least once. I did not see in the listing description that parking at the facility was not included. It was disclosed after I booked the listing. We were not aware of the $80.00 cost for our two vehicles. Needless to say that process was a little frustrating and time consuming when we arrived. The patio was a nice size and the sliding glass doors worked well (some we have stayed in required a weight lifter to open the door

but these were nice and worked well. The beach chair service is always a welcome extra. Thank you for providing that.

Great little place!

Location is incredible, Elevators were fast, and the beach is a short walk down. The unit itself was a tad dated and the mattresses are ready to be replaced, but other than that, we loved it. Had a great time and would stay again!

Underwhelming

This condo was extremely underwhelming and had several issues. Upon arrival, no lights were turned on. We didn’t get there until later in the evening, but the other half of my family had the condo next door (owned by a different company) and they had nice lighting upon entering their room. The room itself was not very clean, crumbs and other debris on the ground, some of the outlets/light switches either had missing or broken plates, the couch had some spots on it and overall, the place just looked very dated. The “master” bedroom was extremely tight and the curtains weren’t even fully hung in this room. Also upon arrival, while we were unpacking, it was so hot and we couldn’t get the thermostat to go below 75/76. They thankfully sent someone about an hour later. The other issue we had were ants all over the counter, ground, and even in the bathroom. They thankfully sent someone to spray and set up any traps, which did help to keep them at bay for the week, but I didn’t love being in there with an infant and kids with the smell of raid that lingered all day. Lastly, the fridge didn’t get very cold. We thankfully had room in my family’s fridge next door so all of our groceries didn’t spoil. I contacted them about this issue as well, but received no response about it. Basically the only thing this condo has going for it is that it’s second floor and right on the beach, but, unfortunately, we won’t be staying here again.

This property was not clean. It needs a good deep clean, it needed a better regular cleaning as well. Also some improvements are needed. We found dirty towels stuffed in drawers, previous guests’ items, mildew in shower, and more.

Cleanliness easy access to places but there was a problem of a glass sliding door cannot be lock. I've texted the management about it. Management replied will send someone to look at it but there was no one show up.

Could've been better

Upon arrival at check-in at 4 o'clock, they were still cleaning our room. The room was not cleaned as well as it should've been the property had a musty smell, and the dishwasher did not drain properly for a family of seven. There were a total of like four towels the living room furniture was dirty, and the outside furniture was not good at all one chair to the table and all of it needed to be replaced two rooms on each side of our unit both had flooded while we were there so not sure what kind of damage it has done to this unit

Great unit to stay at

I love Grand Panama resort. All the units are great. I have stayed here 4 times and have loved it every time. This stay was great also. Love the unit on the second floor over looking the pool. The unit was perfect. A little wear and tear on the unit but that was over looked due to being in paradise. Definitely would stay in this unit again. 5 star rating.
