As you enter the unit, you’re welcomed into an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area featuring vaulted ceilings and a bright, airy feel. The living room offers comfortable seating with a sofa and two chairs, along with a flatscreen TV—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals at home, along with a Keurig coffee maker for your morning coffee.

Down the hallway, you’ll find a built-in twin bunk bed—ideal for children—along with a full bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. At the back of the unit, the master bedroom includes a king-size bed, flatscreen TV, and a separate vanity area, allowing multiple guests to get ready comfortably.

Just outside the front door, enjoy a private porch with plenty of seating and a peaceful view overlooking the courtyard—perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.

Horizon South is a gated, amenity-rich community offering multiple pools (one seasonally heated), tennis courts, shuffleboard, putt-putt, a fitness center, and a billiard room. Beach access is located just across the street beside the Sandpiper Beacon, making it quick and easy to get to the sand. Restaurants, beach bars, and rentals are also nearby. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Parking passes are $25 each, and resort wristbands are $20 per guest (required for guests over 6). After booking, a link will be sent to purchase both. Starter amenities such as travel-size shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags are included to get your stay started off right. This is a non-smoking property.

A $250 security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card 2 days before arrival and released 3 days after departure, assuming no issues are found. At booking, a 20% non-refundable down payment is due. The remaining balance is payable 30 days before check-in, or immediately if booking within 30 days of arrival.
