Dieses GerƤt ist ein mit zwei Schlafzimmern in Tower 3. Wir haben andere bei Edgewater 2 und 3br, um unsere VRBO-Anzeigen zu sehen.

Die Master-BR verfĆ¼gt Ć¼ber ein Kingsize-Bett und das zweite Schlafzimmer verfĆ¼gt Ć¼ber 2 Doppelbetten. Die Wohnung verfĆ¼gt auch Ć¼ber ein ausziehbares Schlafsofa und einen groƟen Flachbildfernseher fĆ¼r Ihren Genuss.

Es gibt viele Annehmlichkeiten fĆ¼r Familien, wie einen kontrollierten Eingang, einen 24-Stunden-Sicherheitsdienst, einen 11.500-FuƟ-Pool im Lagunenstil (und viele kleinere Swimmingpools, die auf dem GrundstĆ¼ck verteilt sind) mit WasserfƤllen, Palmen, exotischen Pflanzen, Blumen, Whirlpools, GolfplƤtzen, TennisplƤtzen (ca. 20), zwei Restaurants am Wasser, Jet-Ski-Verleih, Parasailing, Segeln, Ɯbungsraum, Kongresszentrum, Geschenkeladen, Beautysalon usw.

Ɯber 110 private Hektar und mehr als 1000 Meter der privaten Golf-Front. In der NƤhe ist ein Angelsteg, die weit in den Golf. Innerhalb des Resorts befindet sich ein neun-Loch-Par-Three-Golfplatz, der sich durch Lagunen und Teiche schlƤngelt.

Host was helpful and accommodating. The location, amenities and view were great. The condo was exceptionally clean. The only problem was with the furnishings. The toilets were VERY low and for older persons with weak knees or backs it is difficult to use. The furniture in the living room is worn and saggy - again, not good for persons with knee or back problems. The dining table is extremely tall and awkward to eat from. The smoke alarm in the kitchen went off all the time, even when making just toast. Although i would stay at that property again, i would not want a room like that because my back ached all the while I was there and had to visit a chiropractor 2 or 3 times each week. We actually left days early due to both of us being so uncomfortable.

What can I say? The place was run down. The beds were terrible and the springs were broken in the sofa. We only had one kitchen towel. In the bed side table there was a tube of KY jell, not ours. One bathtub had sand in the tub and there were contacts on the floor and rubber bands. The only positive thing was the view. I wonā€™t stay here again.

We went for a dance competition and stayed at Edgewater - The place is beautiful with the most gorgeous views of the ocean from the kitchen and living room.The place is dated and needs some remodeling but it was still very nice to stay at. The beds are creaky and there is a lot of light shining in the bedrooms so bring an eye mask.

Love the location!

We love Edgewater! We plan to stay there again, just not in this unit. The master bedroom mattress was terrible. We read a review from last year stating the same problem, but we thought it would have been replace by now. It was not! Otherwise this was a great vacation.

Resort great, room not much.

Upon arrival, we had no parking pass going thru the gate. Instructions apparently come in the final confirmation email which I never got. Messaged mgmt and they did send to me pretty quickly but just overall frustrating after 10 hours of driving to deal with that. Room - Thereā€™s only about 3 outlets in the whole place that will actually hold a plug. They are all pushed thru in the electrical box and loose. WiFi constantly connects/disconnects. Found a mystery pair of panties under one bed, and looked like none had been swept under since the 90ā€™s. Thereā€™s black on the ceiling at the air exchange vent. Only one side of the toaster works. The grab handle in the shower is missing. The dimmer switch is messed up to the light over the dining room table, so eat in the dark or at the bar. Beds are comfortable enough but very squeaky creaky. Positive notes - the view is spectacular, the A/C blows cold, and good hot water. Overall, itā€™s tolerable but left there feeling like I wayyyy overpaid for what it is.

Clean but needs updated

The check in was easy and communication from property manager was good. The condo was clean but beds were not comfortable at all. The chairs in the living room were not comfortable and only one lamp had a light bulb in the living room. The view was great and beach and pool access were easy. living area.

Over all the property was great. This was our second time staying at Edgewater. The room was decent and very clean. The bed in the master bedroom is pretty wore out. Unsure of the beds in the other room. The light over the dinning room table woild not work. A lot of power outlets will not hold a cord plugged in to it.

The place was very nice and fantastic views of the gulf. only issues i had was 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom that sleeps 8 . counter tops are deeply gouged and i felt there was always sand or stuff on them, and the cupboard doors closest to frigerator are very weak and loose ready to fall off was concerned would break when going in it for a glass. overall the place was very nice clean and the beachy feel through out was great. i would stat again but would like to see better counter tops installed.. the pools were fantastic and the blue angels flying over everyday from pensi-cola was fantastic.. edge water is a great place to stay will stay again

The Worst Condo you can rent

The condo has never been updated. The front door looked like it had been broken into several times. The trim looked filthy and had chunks out of it. The ceiling was ribbed tin. We had a ceiling leak that flooded one of the bathrooms. There was mold in the shower by the shower curtain rod. The dishes were put up dirty. The sliding glass doors did not lock. The walls and ceiling in the bedroom was filthy. There was batch work on the walls everywhere. It was never fixed all the way. The mud from the patch work was never sanded and painted. I was really disappointed. I thought VRBO had better standards.standards

Beaches

The beaches and views of the beach were beautiful but the condo was like living in the 80ā€™s and the construction going on the whole time we were there,very loud,donā€™t recommend for rest and relaxation,other than that I guess it was okay. I would really recommend an update on the whole condo,especially the bathrooms

This condo needs A LOT of much needed updates starting with the outlets. Most of them donā€™t work and the ones that do you canā€™t keep them plugged in. The mattresses are horrible. Iā€™m on a 12 hour ride home right now with a very sore back. The dryer needs replaced too. It takes two cycles to get one small load dry. The only good thing about this place is the air is cold. Donā€™t expect to have everything you need to cook dinner if you wanted to, what you need isnā€™t there. Iā€™ve been coming to PCB for over a decade now and this is the most disappointing stay Iā€™ve ever had. Itā€™s missing the TLC an actual owner gives their home away from home. Iā€™ll never stay somewhere that is owned by a company again. Lesson learned!

Misleading description and pictures

The pictures and description of this property are misleading at best. It looks like someone did a bad DIY renovation and hasnā€™t bothered to maintain the property for a very long time. There are nails and rope hanging down from the low ceiling due to a poorly executed decorative ā€œtrimā€ falling down. There are literally no lights in the bedrooms, only lamps that donā€™t work and loose outlets. There are holes in the walls and unfinished patch jobs, handles are hanging off vanities and dressers are unstable. Itā€™s more than an aesthetic issue, itā€™s a safety issue. On top of all that, the unit was very dirty and grimy and not in a one or two missed cleans type of way. The air vents havenā€™t been cleaned for a long time, evident from the long trails of dust extending across the ceiling. Thatā€™s not great for anyone with allergies, like me and my son. I wish I could post the pics I took during our stay so everyone could see the true state of this condo. Itā€™s bad enough that it should be taken off the market until comprehensive maintenance and cleaning is completed. We paid way too much for a place in this type of condition. I contacted the property management company several times, starting at check in, and never received a reply.

Nice place

Overall this was a good rental. The dryer wasn't great, the washer took some figuring out, the mattresses weren't anything to write home about, and there are zero oven mitts. But we loved the location and amenities. The management company wasn't amazing to work with but we didn't have any major issues. We were given the wrong code for the beach access gate but luckily another guest shared it with us. I never received a call back when I called the emergency line. I would stay here again!

Family Spring Break

This was the best stay for my family. The view was beautiful, kitchen had everything we needed, rooms/bathrooms were clean and even an extra storage closet with beach items. The check in was easy and detailed, pool was heated and hot tub was great for the cool evenings. Would highly recommend!
