If you are looking for unobstructed views of the gulf from every room in your condo, this unit is for you! Recently updated with all NEW windows and sliding glass doors! This beautifully updated and decorated Seachase condominium boasts 1,400 square feet of luxury living space with vinyl plank flooring throughout. This unit offers 2 gulf front bedrooms, one on each end of the unit featuring a King bed in one bedroom and 2 Queen beds in the other. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom with walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet. The generously sized, gulf front living/dining area and kitchen are located in the center of the unit. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The fully equipped kitchen has a range oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, microwave, and a full-sized washer and dryer. Every room has floor-to-ceiling windows, totaling 60 feet of wall-to-wall views of the gulf. Watch the beautiful sunsets while relaxing on your large, private balcony.

Seachase is a small condominium complex located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. Due to its size, there is little to no elevator wait. Covered parking is available on-site. Located less than 2 miles west of Pier Park.

Just as described gorgeous views of the beach. If I would have known Panama City beach was this gorgeous I would have booked this trip years ago! Definitely would recommend staying in this condo close to pretty much everything. Place was clean and all appliances were working properly.

Clean, comfy and nice decor. We have stayed in this unit before and love it. We had a few problems with the washing machine. Might be time for a new one. Also, pest control should probably come more frequently. Also, a Keutig would be a nice touch. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the host was quick to respond to any issues.

This condo is absolutely beautiful!! I would stay here over and over again!! Our problem was that the elevator was broken and the condo is on the 5th floor! We had no idea until we arrived after 16 hours of travel. My husband and I managed to get our necessities up the steps, but one of our friends that we met there just had double knee replacement. They tried to get a hotel, but there were none available nearby. My friend finally hired a couple of young men that were walking by to carry their luggage up. It made our trip very difficult. They could only manage the steps once each day and it was a hardship for my husband and me. Elderly couples struggle with 5 flights of steps! The condo support team blamed it on the VRBO for not giving us a "heads up" about the elevator and the VRBO blamed the condo team. The condo team offered to help us with luggage the following day, but that was too late and didn't help with the day to day up and downs. There were no other condos available in this unit to move us to. This had nothing to do with the condo owners!! It was gorgeous and we loved it!!

Beautiful View, Wonderful Time

This unit exceded our expectations. It was clean well decorated and equipped. The view is incredible, full wall of windows. High enough to get a great view of the gulf, low enough to be able to see the beach and hear the waves. The building is from the 1980's and it isn't as nice as some of the newer ones, but once inside it is much better. We will definitely be back.

Every room gulf front. Views for days. 💕

We loved that all the rooms are facing the gulf...even the second bedroom. The views are incredible. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Easy check in/out. I would say the only downside, is the pool is quite small...but we rented beach service so spent most of our time on the beach. And since the units are wider than deep, the beach was never full in front of the condo. Definite plus! Also loved that it was close to everything, but still on the quieter end of PCB. Definitely would recommend this to friends and family.
