Tolle Lage, wenn man in ihr niedergelassen sind nicht mehr verlassen möchte. Wir finden die 14. Etage niedrig genug, um sich die Strand-Szene und das Meer hören, aber hoch genug, um nicht gestört zu sein. Stay for World Series Tournament

We had a great time. The condo is right on the beach and we loved sitting on the balcony. The pools are very close to the elevator. Plenty of room for the 6 of us and the appliances were all updated. The condo came with beach chairs and a beach umbrella, which allowed us to not have to buy any (we didn’t have room in our car). Walmart was a 3 minute drive away. Great, convenient stay.

Beach was great

The location is great, the beach is gorgeous! Quick walk right down to the water and it was so clear. Loved the balcony, pool was nice. Elevators are fast. Parking garage across the street, easy in/out. The condo is overall fine and we would have rated it high but when we arrived it had clearly not been cleaned. Beds were made, sink empty etc-It had the appearance that it was cleaned. But there were potato chips and hair ties on the livingroom floor, sand in the kitchen sink, sand in the sheets, and a big chunk of hair on the bathroom wall!! We had to clean and wash sheets and blankets when we arrived, what do we pay those ridiculous cleaning fees for?? The bunk bed ladder was loose and the top bunk wobbly, so we opened the pullout in the livingroom for the kids, and it was just gross! The owner had been so kind in previous communication. When I reached out about our concerns I felt he didnt believe the extent of the uncleanliness, even though I sent him pictures. He said housekeeping was no longer on site so he did not rectify the cleaning issue. He did send maintenance to fix the bunkbed. Also wifi didnt work for most of us all week but he didnt believe that either. If the condo had been clean, I would've rated it a 5 star trip!

Amazing condo and great resort! 2nd year in a row we’ve stayed at Majestic but first year we’ve stayed in this unit. We will definitely be returning to the same unit and booking with Rob again. Unit was clean, up to date and overall an amazing unit!

Excellent week

The apartment was exactly as advertised. Everything that was listed was there. Rob was a very responsive host. We had a few issues with the refrigerator and washer that her let me know about ahead of time. Rob had a repairman coming in and he wouldn’t give them permission just to walk in which I appreciated. This host was amazing. I do have 2 issues, but only about PCB itself-1. Those Sun Ninja tents are absolutely ridiculous and should not be allowed. They take up the space of 2 or 3 other tents and are a tripping hazard; 2. This area of PCB is a very crowded beach. I expected a lot of people I just wasn’t expecting that many. Majestic was great and this apartment was too!

Nice view!

Overall this was a nice place to stay and we had plenty of room for our group of 10. The key code door was nice because we didn’t have to keep up with keys at the beach. The view was amazing and beach access was great! All the appliances were new and hi-tech. It took a few minutes to figure out the stove top. The TV remote was tricky to figure out but once we did it was fine. The kitchen could get crowded if you had more than 2 adults in it. Some of the Majestic property rules can be a little excessive and I know the owner has no control over these. 1. You must have your armband on at all times or the security will harass you. 2. If it storms they shut down all pools including the indoor pool. 3. The pools close at 10 pm in peak season. 4. The pool restaurant charges a resort fee and large party fees even if you sit at different tables and have separate checks
.. just use caution before eating there.

Great Vacation!

I really enjoyed the Majestic, it's a very nice condo. I had read reviews about long walk, but the parking spot is on the third floor where you have to go between the buildings so it really is perfect! The elevators were great and fast...we had no problems at all. The only bad thing was we could not get in the ocean all week (weather related) and we did get ticketed when our kids were caught on the boogie boards. Just stay at the pools or don't let your kids in the water with boogie boards if there is a double red flag!! You could still get a little wet and the kids had fun making sand castles. The pools were great as well. If we could not find a seat we would just sit on our beach chairs. I loved that there were indoor pools too. We also had a day at WonderWorks down the street which was super fun. My kids are 14, 11 and 8 and there was tons of stuff to do there and it was fun for the adults as well! Saltwater Grill (very close) had excellent filet and firecracker shrimp!! The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. I texted the owner, Rob, a few times and he would get right back to me! I appreciated the extra paper towels and toilet paper in the room, but that may have been left by previous tenants. Be sure to bring a firestick or your "cube" as the cable is not very good. We like to watch movies at night. Four bedrooms was a bonus and this place has movie theater, bar and Starbucks! Wonderful place to stay, thank you Rob!

The property is part of a beautiful, clean and well maintained resort tower. Easy access to the beach and pool. The unit is well appointed with brand new appliances, plenty of cookware and some staples in the cabinets. Family beach trip

We loved the updated furniture and appliances. Rob always quickly answered any questions. The 4 bedroom layout worked well and the bunk room was comfortable even for my son-in-law to sleep when the granddaughter woke in middle of night. Unit is well stocked with pans and dishes. Having the indoor pools was nice during the colder mornings. The reserved parking space and chairs were a big plus.

We enjoyed our stay, the condo was very nice , the appliances were top line. The manager was very good to us and easy to work with. We did have some issues with the elevators. This was not in control of the owner. The issues were resolved.

Fabulous stay!

This property rocks! We found checking in and out east and fast. The property was clean and all appliances in working order, except the dryer which was badly needed. The stove is very modern and hard to get use to it. The location was perfect and going up and down the 14th was no problem. Beds and bedding were all good and the condo was plenty big for a family of 10. Make sure to plan you next visit to PCB AND STAY HEEE.

Family Vacay

Condo was in good condition for the most part. And the resort was nice overall. Owner was VERY responsive and responds very quickly when messaged, even after 9 pm when I had a quick question. He was VERY EASY to work with. The condo was stocked out with some extra toilet paper, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher detergent, etc. This was not expected but very nice to have. The kitchen is not as stocked as it could be with utensils, measuring cups, and other kitchen items. The stove/oven is very nice but it requires certain pots & pans, which are provided. The stove/oven is so fancy that we had to Google how to use it. We figured it out the first night/morning and we were good for the rest of the week. Also the washer/dryer were not in great condition. I couldn't figure out where to put in liquid detergent but it worked out because I also had Tide pods too. The dryer especially was not great-it didn't work every time I tried to start it. I would just keep trying until it worked. I pretty much figured out what would work and we basically left it on the one setting for the week. There was not an excess of white bath towels so we had to wash towels daily. Overall, I was happy with this property and would stay in this condo at Majestic again.
