Go With The Flow and feel miles away from everything inside the quiet resort community of Gulf Highlands. Walking distance or a short drive to all that is going on in Panama City Beach! You are also a short 30 minute drive to the Hub of 30A where you can bike the trails or endulge is some of the finest cuisines. With plenty of room for everyone to kick back and relax, you will feel right at home! Ample seating in the living room and dining room, or enjoy a meal on the back patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare all of your meals. Each bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and it's own attached bathroom. Downstairs is a half bath and 2 queen sleeper sofas.
Gulf Highlands Beach Resort has 11 swimming pools, 5 of which are heated throughout the winter months. Tennis courts, shuffleboard, pickle ball courts, wifi hot spots, and the unit itself is a short 5 min walk to the beach. There is also a beachside restaurant restaurant complete with private beachside pool and beach access.


A few beach towels provided. We do have equipment for the amenities, beach chairs, and a beach wagon for your use.
We provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, and toilet tissue.

Must be 21 or older to book.
The home comes with 2 designated parking spaces. Additional parking is available in the overflow parking lot located within walking distance at an additional cost of $12.50/night.
