Three covered designated parking spaces right at the staircase and across street from the beach. “Owner also owns a single family home VRBO# 953503 which is one block away (2 minute walk) from this property which will sleep an additional 11 people if you have a large group! Sleep a total of 17! Walk next door to “The Salty Goat” for the most delicious food and drinks only locals know about! Or walk to “The Pour” for the best cup of coffee and breakfast sandwiches on the beach! Convenience stores, beach shops and ice cream shop all just steps away! Antique Farm Table from a real Missouri farm house: Table Seats 6 People. 60” Smart TV (no cable to this TV).

Kitchen:
Fully stocked kitchen includes blender, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. LG Stainless steel appliances include fridge with icemaker, dishwasher & electric oven/cooktop.

Bedroom #1:
King bed, Flat screen Smart TV 50” TV with Xfinity cable premium package! Large Dresser, closet with hanging space & bin for extra clothing storage.

Bedroom #2:
1 Queen Bed, 1 Full Bed, 28” Flat screen TV with Xfinity cable premium package. Armoire, Petite Dresser, Closet with hanging space, bin for more clothing storage.

Bathroom:
1 large full sized bathroom with new tub/shower combo that offer pull bars. Antique refurbished vanity. Brand new sink, toilet and fixtures.

Laundry: Full size, LG Red Front Loading stacked washer & dryer. Iron/Iron Board

Balcony: Guests have access to a balcony outside to enjoy your morning cup of coffee with chairs & side tables (Balcony faces residential area).

Towels and Linens: We provide luxury linens, plenty of pillows and full size towels for our guests. Please bring your own beach towels!

Misc Condo Info/Parking: 3 tandem designated parking spaces conveniently located right below condo’s staircase. Beach sand wash off area located on bottom of east staircase right as you cross over from public beach access. Must pick up after pets and community dumpster located in back west of building on corner of Fernwood St. Cameras monitor our front door, hallways, staircases, parking area and outside area of complex.

Few extras to keep in mind before booking: There is one flight of stairs, we do not have an elevator. We do not have gulf views from our home, but we are directly across from the beach and the beach access.
