Welcome to Majestic Beach Tower I, Unit 1805. Located directly on the beach with breathtaking views of the emerald waters and beautiful white sand beaches.

This property does not allow groups of adults 25 and under, no exceptions!

Sleeps 6 comfortably! Max occupancy is 6 guests. City ordinances do not allow for more than 6 people.

Luxurious accommodations with all the amenities of home! The minute you open the door, you will feel like you are at the beach. Luxurious vinyl flooring throughout with beach themed decor.

King bedroom suite features a gel memory foam mattress, TV, wardrobe chest, full bathroom with a jetted whirlpool tub. All Linens are provided!

Separate bunk room features twin bunk beds with gel memory foam mattresses which will accommodate children/adults 200 lbs. and under. There is no door to this area, it is off the hallway. Next to the bunk room is a full bathroom with enclosed walk-in shower.

The kitchen, with all new cabinets and quartz countertop, will have all the amenities of home. Brand New Appliances -- Refrigerator/Freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, sink garbage disposal. Fully stocked with cooking utensils and pots/pans to make your favorite meals. Coffee Pot, Blender, Toaster, Dinnerware and drink ware are all provided.

Pantry closet for all your groceries!

4 padded bar stools with countertop seating overlooking the kitchen. Separate dining table and 4 chairs as well.

The living room features a 50” TV with Xfinity Cable, Wifi and DVD player, Amazon Alexa Echo Dot, Queen Sofa Sleeper with upgraded memory foam mattress, round ottoman and chair will be a perfect place to unwind from your busy day.

Now for the view! The 18 ft Balcony provides unobstructed views of the beautiful white sand beaches of Panama City Beach! Furnished with 4 bar height Adirondack chairs and table and 2 chaise lounge chairs. A perfect place to sip your coffee while watching the sunrise or ending a wonderful day at the beach watching the sunsets.

Washer / Dryer in the Condo!!!

For your convenience, we are equipped with beach chairs, a sunbrella, sand toys and beach towels so you can lighten your load when packing.

We also provide all your bed linens, pillows, blankets and bath towels to lighten your load when packing.
