Laketown Wharf Parking Pass & Wristband Fee:
A one-time $78.17 fee, paid directly to the HOA via their online portal, is required. The link will be emailed after registration, which must include guest names, ages, and vehicle details. Parking passes are picked up at the front desk, and wristbands are in the unit. Leave all wristbands at checkout to avoid a $50 replacement fee each.
