Welcome to Lola’s Carriage House— a picture-perfect pied-å-terre with a distinctly elegant Rosemary Beach design. The facade of Lola’s Carriage House exudes classic beach house vibes— with tropical Bahamian shutters and a cobblestone driveway. Inside, the cozy, well-designed loft provides tons of storage and comfort in a relatively small space. Best of all, you’ll be conveniently located only a short stroll from the beach, the sparkling Coquina Pool, and charming downtown Rosemary.

The main living and dining area is wide open, and the neutral, sandy-toned walls are framed with lots of bright, sunny windows. Custom Bahamian shutters allow for some shade and privacy. In the living area, a plush cream-colored sofa is piled high with colorful throw pillows and pulls out to reveal a comfy sofa bed. A striped side chair and a leather club chair provide additional seating. The built-in entertainment center houses a flatscreen television and also creates a privacy barrier between the living and sleeping spaces.

The kitchenette is small but completely capable, with tons of thoughtful storage provided. The kitchenette features a mini-refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a small sink, and a coffee maker. The circular dining table has seating for four people and is a great spot to sip your morning coffee while reading the newspaper. Or perhaps you’ll want to take your mug outside to the private sun-dappled balcony that overlooks the neighborhood.

Around the corner is the sleeping space, complete with a new luxe king-size bed and built-in storage that adds some privacy from the living area, but doesn’t completely close it off. The full bathroom has a step-in shower with a glass door— ideal for rinsing off sun-kissed skin after a day at the beach or pool.

Perched on the corner of a charming tree-lined street, this positively adorable apartment home has a premier Rosemary Beach location. Guests of Lola’s Carriage House will be a few short steps from the gorgeous Eastern Green and beach walkover. If you’re in the mood to practice your backstroke, head one block east to the simply stunning Coquina Pool. And when you want to head out for drinks or a delicious dinner, Main Street is a short walk west. Perfect for couples or small families, you’ll quickly fall in love with Lola’s Carriage House.

This spot was perfect for us. New to 30A I was not sure if where I chose to stay location wise would be ideal, but this was perfect! So very close to the beach! Short distance from town and to get dinner across the "highway." We LOVED having the bikes accessible as part of our stay and having the lock at the ready. We loved how clean the room was and it suited us well. Felt like we had enough space.I think the listing somewhere said 2 bathrooms, but it has only 1. Liked having the washer/dryer available although wished there was a hanging rack & tray to hang wet suits or washed delicates.

Great getaway spot and awesome location!

Our first time to the area, we wanted to have as much in walking distance as possible and this location was great. Very responsive contacts to address our questions. Listing said Queen bed but had a nice surprise with a King, they must have changed it recently. We will definitely look at this location to return to!

Beach Weekend

We stayed 3 nights in lovely Rosemary Beach. Lola’s Carriage house is a cozy, convenient spot. It was perfect for the two of us. We loved that we could park the car and get almost everywhere on two wheels. The bikes came with the carriage house. Great restaurants and coffee shops, all close by. For our last evening we ventured by car to Seaside, a must see community. Overall, we are so happy we chose Lola’s and Rosemary Beach. You will be too! P.S. Do bring some extra beach towels.

Great location and very clean

Working with the managing reality company was incredibly easy. Always answered any phone calls and questions immediately. A real pleasure to work with on this stay. The property was exceptionally clean. The closest pool is and the D beach access point is less than a 5 minute walk. We used the beach chair service as well. Also easy to setup and equipment always in place. Meet the owner, very nice gentleman. We’ll return for sure in the future.

Lovely Stay

As the previous reviews state, the location of the property is perfect. You can easily walk to beach and pool from studio. The studio is nicely decorated and well kept. The kitchenette was perfect for preparing breakfast and lunch. In the evening we jumped on the bikes and rode to the local restaurants. The only draw back was we like to watch tv to wind down at night and there is no tv in the bedroom area. Other than that everything was perfect!

Steps from the beach which was perfect and 5 min walk to restaurants and shopping in Rosemary Beach. Loved our stay! The only negatives: the queen size bed/mattress wasn’t very comfortable, lack of closet space to hang up dress clothes, no full length mirror, not a full kitchen (which we were aware of), but no freezer space in the little refrigerator, and a small bathroom. It worked out great for our short stay. Def perfect for a low maintenance couple.

Adorable Little Flat in an Excellent Location

Lola's is very cute and compact! Perfect for a weekend getaway. Be warned the very small kitchen is more for heating something up and storing beverages, etc. Great location!
