We was not aware of the 100 for wrist bands,and we had to pay for parking pass even though we had one reserved. We was told no hidden fees but when we arrived to the place we had to pay 100 for the bands to do anything at the place. It would have been nice to also be aware of the parking garage height. We had a 6"11 van that almost didn't fit. We was not aware of any of this Intill we got to the place. We rented a golff cart for the day and wasn't allowed to have it on property to pick up our family.

This is an amazing location right beside Pineapple Willys. It is walking distance to Walmart and other shopping.Warning - arriving on the weekend is BUSY. The elevators don't keep up. It leveled out during the week.Gamechanger for us is that Walmart now has delivery (with a fee) and brings groceries right to your door.This is a great unit and location.

Walking into the condo you could see marks and small holes in the walls. The washer had mold that had to be cleaned to be used. 3 of 4 chairs on deck were broken. There was mold on the shower curtains. IF you plan on cooking make sure you take your own cooking utensils and skillets. The plastic ware has seen better days and we had to go buy skillets. The leather couch is not there anymore. One couch has cousins so beat down it feels like youre sitting on the floor. The other couch is a sectional and all the pieces slide apart on the floor. The chairs at the counter do not match and no room to use with the way the living room is set up. We made do with what we had and enjoyed our vacations. FYI do not use elevators at prime times and be prepared for resort fees when you check in.

This unit was great! We had 6 adults and 1 child and it was perfect! Plenty of room. No issues w anything. Lovely views of beach and pool from balcony. Beds were comfy. Plenty of linen for everyone in our party. Beach chairs provided. We did not have toilet paper provided for us but that was not a big deal. Walmart is across the street! We will definitely book again.

The condo was was really nice although the door did not lock the wood on the front door was was busted the sliding glass door did not lock, but everything was clean. I did purchase a mop and left it with the condo. There was sand on the floors when we got there so I purchased them mop the floors I’m mop the floors wash the bedding and left it washed all the towels I left trash bags and dishwashing liquid there also overall the stay was great would rent again.

Not bad but not great

Sand was everywhere on the floor as soon as we walked in. Couldn’t walk anywhere barefoot without having sand all over your feet. Multiple workers came in throughout our stay. Lowe’s tried to install a dryer during our stay and got mad when I didn’t have the answers for them. They also tried to get me to sign a paper for their delivery and barely spoke any English so that barrier was hard for both us and the Lowe’s employees. The bedroom closet was full of storage and couldn’t have room to hangup my clothes. The listing said “3 bedrooms” and had 2 full bed rooms and a bunkbedroom that a kid could barely fit in let alone an average adult. We had to sleep on the pull out bed from the couch the entire time. The dishes were pretty dirty, had to wash them every time before using. The lack of food tools (pan, pizza cutter) was aggravating. The beach chairs in the listing weren’t your typical chairs. They were more balcony based chairs. I felt as if I had to have my guard up constantly because of the multiple people coming in and out during our stay. Beware of pineapple Willie’s. 2 nights during our 7 day stay, there were shootings and police had to shut down the beach.Beware of also the elevators. Make time for them because they take a LONG time. We waited 15-20 mins multiple times for an elevator. All in all, I would rate this place 3/5 stars on a good day. I understand things happen, but there were just too many things for us to ignore.

Horrible place

First day we came in the place it was not clean at all. Mold was in the washing machine holes in the wall and no fire alarms. The host kept saying he will fix it but did not. We left the first day and he said he will return the money. But after a week he would not respond blocked my number and tried to keep the money. I had to deal with vrbo to get my money back and due to safety and health regulation i got my money back. Horrible parking as well and the entire resort was not kept up at all. Not sure how they even got any good ratings.

Amazing location but things could have been a little better.

The location was amazing there were a few things that would have made the stay better. There were not enough towels to guest ratio. The dryer kept throwing a sensor code that there was a blockage. There was also clumps of hair on the bathroom floor. Kitchen and fridge was very clean. We were not expecting the extra 100 resort charge that we found out about the day before check in. Overall we had a great time!

Great clean updated room!

Location is very busy, especially around spring break & the weekends. No luggage toppers, the parking garage is very short. I believe 6’2.Beach is very busy, with 8,9,12,15,16 year olds i was ok but with littles that you have to constantly watch it may be a little too busy of an area. Teens loved it though.

Wonderful for the price!

I had never been to PCB and we came across this listing on here. Great price for the week. We brought our 6 kiddos for spring break. It was very much at the “party” end of the beach so it got rather rowdy at night, but nothing unbearable. Our kids had a great time. Wish the outdoor pool were heated, as we felt like popsicles coming out of it. lol. The property owner was very easy to reach and even checked in on day 2 to see if we were satisfied. The condo could use a good deep cleaning as things were dusty, but with it being on the beach keeping things clean clean is near impossible! We were overall happy and I would definitely book this condo again in the future (just not on spring break when it’s so rowdy). May possibly look into booking at fall break!

Do not arrive on Saturday!!!! The place was crazy. Cars and people (that weren’t staying at resort) were everywhere on the streets. Cops do a nice job of keeping order in Panama City Beach but wow it was nuts!!!! Hard to figure out where to check in at first and roads were blocked off everywhere. Every other day was good, condo was good, good view, parking was okay resort was nice, no issues with having to wait long for elevator. We had double red flags almost whole time there so that was a bummer but kids enjoyed the hot tub! Sunset views are amazing!!! Could have used a few more pans to use for breakfast but we made do. After 1st day we enjoyed the visit and condo.

Fun on the beach

It was a wonderful vacation spot! It is close to so much stuff! I wish the construction was finished. The construction was a little difficult to maneuver around. The resort management was unhelpful, but property contact was informative. Overall we had a great time!
