Let me start out by saying that the views from this condo are amazing! The condo is updated and the bed in the master bedroom has the most comfortable mattress ever. It was wonderful! The owner is very responsive to text messages and we did enjoy our stay. The pots and pans could be updated as what they have to use are very worn out and limited. The bath towels need to be replaced as well. I ended up buying 3 towel sets because we only had enough for 6 people and had 8 in our party. Iâm sure that if I had contacted Nikki, she would have had someone bring them to me. It was just easier for me to get some because I was going shopping anyway. The elevator situation at Tidewater is a nightmare. It is not uncommon to have to wait 10 min for an elevator that would have enough space for you to fit in. There are guests arriving and leaving every day of the week so people are constantly using luggage carts leaving no room in the elevators. This beautiful unit is on the 9th floor but once we got our luggage and groceries to the room, we basically took the stairs up and down most of the time. In the parking garage, they are working on one elevator so there was only one functioning. We just rolled our cart through the garage from the car to the 2nd floor access. Iâve given this a 3 star because of the elevator situation. Iâm thankful that everyone in our family is healthy and we were able to utilize the stairs.
