Sandbox auf Bahama Beach. Das Hotel liegt im Herzen von Panama City Beach !!

Die Sandbox ist ein drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, Strandhaus am Golf von Mexiko. Zwei der Schlafzimmer haben zwei Full-Size Betten. Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett. Es gibt eine Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Die Sandbox können 10 bequem Platz, kann aber bis zu 12 Personen unterbringen. Der Wintergarten fĂŒhrt zu einem enormen Terrasse aus, Blick auf den Golf, mit eigenem Schritte direkt an den Strand. Die Terrasse hat reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten, Picknick-Tisch, Bank Schaukel und Grill. Es gibt eine Außendusche Sand aus nach einem Spaziergang am Strand oder schwimmen in den Golf zu waschen. Das Gebiet ist auf der anderen Straßenseite und an den Seiten fĂŒr Ihre PrivatsphĂ€re eingezĂ€unt. Die Sandbox ist ein rauchfreies Raumklima. Bitte rauchen draußen und verantwortungs Zigaretten wegwerfen. Wir bieten fĂŒr alle Altersgruppen nur und haben ein Mindestalter. Wir vermieten nicht an der Schule oder Hochschule Gruppen.
Kleine Tiere werden mit Genehmigung und gegen GebĂŒhr erlaubt, aber sind am Strand nicht erlaubt. Auch kein Glas-Container auf dem Strand. BettwĂ€sche, Kissen, KissenbezĂŒge, Bettdecken sind vorhanden. Bitte geben Sie Ihre eigenen HandtĂŒcher und Waschlappen.
Das Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber Rauchmelder und einen Feuerlöscher. Es gibt drei Fernseher mit Kabel-TV und DVD-Player. Internet-Service zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt. Die zurĂŒckerstattet Reservierung / Kaution Ihre Reservierung zu halten und zu bestĂ€tigen. Die vollstĂ€ndige Zahlung erfolgt innerhalb von 4 Wochen nach Ihrer Mietbeginn. Ein Scheck oder Kreditkarte wird als Zahlungsmittel akzeptiert werden, zusammen mit einer Kopie des Lichtbildausweis. Ihre Kaution wird gehalten und an Sie zurĂŒck auf zufriedenstellende PrĂŒfung der Strandhaus, nach Ihrer Miete Besuch. Bei BeschĂ€digung oder Verlust eingetreten ist, wird die Höhe der Reparatur von der Kaution abgezogen werden.

Loved the location, but 



I booked this property in Oct 2021 for our 50th wedding anniversary in July 2022. I read prior reviews and read that the house needed some TLC. It needs a lot more than TLC. We loved the house bungalow style and the location was just perfect. I sure wish the owners could cleanup and do repairs. We will not rent again I’m sorry to say.

Backdoor access to beach

Property was in prime location for any possible needs but still quiet. Stepped outdoor into a patio and platform to watch sunrise and sunset and then right into the sand. Beach was not crowded and was shallow enough for the littles at the edge. House was older but tastefully furnished and kitchen stocked well with pots pans and some spices as well. Hosts responded quickly anytime there was a question. Would definitely stay again

The location of this property is great it is right on the beach . The house could use a little fixing up ,it needs a little landscape work done but all in all it’s worth what we payed for it. I will say if you are a large person you will have a hard time with the showers they are really small . I would rent it again.

Needs some tlc but great location . Stayed at property 2 different times and cable didn’t work good at all either time. House needs some improvements had broken statue that was there or first stay and broken furniture and swing outside. Same as first time we stayed. Location is great and owners are very nice.

Wonderful spot!

Location is awesome. Shared the beach with very few people. We didn’t have to get up early to set up our tent etc. The house was dated, but comfortable. No tubs , just showers, which made bathing small children difficult. Lots of room outside to sit and hang out. We loved it.

Perfect getaway

You can tell the house is older and could use some tlc. But the house is roomy and has everything you could think of needing for the beach. My 3 year old daughter loved all the beach toys provided. Tropical storm Fred hit during our stay and I was worried that we wouldn’t get beach time but luckly being right on the beach we were able to go every day. Our favorite part was sitting out on the patio at night listen to the waves. So peaceful.

Review.

My experience was overall a great one. Everything was pretty much exactly as advertised. A few things to note. The outdoor shower was broken and all that was available was a water hose. The refrigerator seemed to not cool things down extremely well. Lastly I was unable to reach the property manager via email or phone. All that being said, the house was exactly what I was looking for with my stay and I was very satisfied.

Wonderful house with amazing views!

We used this property for our family vacation. This old beach house was wonderful, very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, plenty of sleeping room and the ocean views from sunroom and deck are amazing! We’d definitely stay here again!!

Our first Vrbo Rental

The views from this house are amazing. The location was great. The house is in desperate need of repair and updating. We were charged $150 for sheets. My grandsons sippy cup leaked chocolate milk on them. Understandable. It happens. The owner however claimed it was blood. It wasn’t. It was milk. The stains were all light brown circles from drips. Blood doesn’t even leak from pads that way. Didn’t matter if it was blood or chocolate milk, if they sheets after being laundered were still stained of course we have no problem paying for them but they actually went through are trash and sent us pictures of my daughters used sanitary napkins! I’m serious. They did that. Yep. They went that far. They even told Vrbo they had to take special hazmat precautions on cleaning up the house. Ridiculous. They also charged us for missing towels. We did not take any so if you rent this house, please count all your towels on day one and let them know how many you have. Overall it was a nice trip and you will enjoy your vacation at this house regardless of the unprofessional way they handle business.

Fantastic view

This beach house has a great view of the Gulf with direct access to the beach. You can sit in the patio and see the water without having to walk in the sand if you want. The location is both secluded and in the middle of the action to offer amenities like restaurants nearby but far enough away from the mega hotels to offer a more exclusive, private, secluded feel. Had a great stay here and would be glad to return. We enjoyed having access to the grill, beach towels, and a fully stocked kitchen.

Great location & view

We really enjoyed our stay. First off, everything was very clean. The deck is huge, step right off into the sand, & perfect views. Like others said, the house really needs some work done & the outside could use some cleanup landscaping. But it’s a perfect location, clean, & right smack on the beach. Will be going back this coming spring.

Fantastic Group Trip

We stayed here this past weekend for a Mom's trip and it was perfectly awesome :) The house is much larger than it appears from the front, the number of beds was great and the back patio & beach front location are incredible. The house is a little outdated (but very clean!) so if you're looking for a class A fancy vacation spot, this may not be the right fit. But if space to hang out and easy access to the beach and other fun restaurants, bars, etc. are important to you, this house is amazing. The owners were super easy to communicate with as well. Thanks for a great weekend!

Great house but needs lots of work.

We truly enjoyed our time here. The ocean view every day was amazing. The back patio was my favorite thing about the house. We understood that the house was dated when we made our reservation. That did not bother me. But, we had no idea that so much work needed to be done to this house. The entrance to the house, just inside the house, from the carport, leaked there in the hallway. The bedroom to the left, also leaked. The flooring in the kitchen and parts in the hall, were flipped up on the ends of the linoleum tiles, from water damage. Not to mention, water damage on certain parts of the walls. The queen bed was missing a fixture at the foot of the bed and we felt like we were sliding down all the time. When we first arrived, we were not able to get inside the house, after driving 10 hours to get there. The housekeeper had to come let us in. (40 minuets later) As the house keeper was leaving, she apologized and kind of laughed about it. (We didn't think it was very funny). I truly felt overcharged for this house. I hope the new owners are able to bring this property up to date. Despite everything, we kept and left the house very clean and straightened.
