First time in Panama, and won't be the last!

We were so well pleased with how smooth everything went. We got early check-in, and our room was very very clean. The chair service people were awesome there, always checking up on you to satisfy your needs. One thing I don't reccomend is the Walmart Supercenter down the road. I had placed a pickup order a week prior to our stay, and we got a text saying it was cancelled as we were just getting into Panama City. I would never reccomend them as their customer service was AWFUL.

Amazing!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Sandy was amazing to work with and very responsive. She went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience at her condo. The condo is beautiful and you can tell that they have put a great deal of love into decorating and making sure that it is well stocked. The complimentary beach chairs were wonderful! This condo is at the end of the Edgewater property in the Windward building and it really is like having a private beach away from the crowds that you get at the larger Towers. Gorgeous view from the balcony! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Condo

This Condo was above and beyond our expectations! Wonderful location away from the busyness of the Complex! Great view of the ocean, beautiful sunsets. Positives we loved in the Condo, we’ve stayed in a lot: Two closets in the bedroom, the alarm clock we could actually see across the room, the fan, the hooks in the TWO bathrooms, the decor was so peaceful, the balcony furniture and the chairs and umbrella that were there for our use on the beach! So much more! Would definitely recommend!

Simply amazing

Sandy was exceptional and was helpful throughout the entire vacation process. The home was clean, well stocked and had the most amazing views. I truly cannot think of anything that could have been better. Looking forward to another trip in the future to Panama City Beach.

Great spot in PCB

We had a wonderful stay at Edgewater Beach Resort. The condo was awesome. All the benefits of a large resort in a smaller building. The beach was not crowded at all in front of this building. The condo was as advertised. Every step, from the initial booking to checkout was smooth. There were enough supplies in the room to last the entire week. On a side note, the beach chair attendant for this building was top notch. We’ve stayed other places in PCB, and nearly every time, someone was in our reserved chairs. Not here. This guy made sure our chairs were always available and checked on us throughout the day to make sure the shade was okay.

Absolutely PERFECT!

This condo is absolutely beautiful. You are steps from the beach! The building it is in, is at the end, which is just the right amount of space from the 2 other busier buildings. Very peaceful, but still within quick walking distance to the main pool. The pool at this building was quiet and great to jump in after coming off the beach. Your beach chair rental is also "taken care of" which was a pleasant surprise because people were complaining of the cost on other sites. (thank you Sandy) The decor in the condo is beautiful and a lot of thought went into it to make you feel at home. Kitchen was perfectly stocked with dishes and extras. This sounds weird, but they did not skimp on the hangers. I always pack lots of flowy, silky dresses, and Sandy stocked the closets with the garment hangers that are velvety and hold your dresses on. The bathroom had a great hair dryer with diffuser. The patio furniture was top notch too! I could go on and on. Getting into the property was extremely easy. Sandy answered texts quickly. You will not be disappointed in Sandy as an owner and the property itself! Only complaint we had is, we had to leave and return home!
