The resort charges a Resort Fee of $75+tax PER RESERVATION (not per person, nor per night). You will get 2 PARKING PASSES & UP TO 7 WRISTBANDS (wristbands must be worn at all times when in the resort).

The complex is wonderfully situated across the street from the beach and within walking distance of a Walmart. There are restaurants, ice cream/candy store, beach shops, situated in the lower floor of the resort for your pleasure. 810 Billiards & Bowling is also located in our resort!

In peak season there is live music each night to enjoy while having dinner, or after dinner snacks.

Each night at 8pm there is a light and music show on the lake. How often can you enjoy so many perks and amenities on one property?

Laketown Wharf is located on the East end of Panama City Beach, across the street from Pineapple Willy's.

***THE SPACE***
The condo boasts 1,047sqft of spaciousness perfect for a couple, immediate family, or extended family up to 7 guests, and winter guests. You will be living like locals on the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches" only steps away from relaxing in the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico! This is Central Time Zone.

***ADDITIONAL INFORMATION***

→Starter kit of supplies: coffee starter, 4-6 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2-4 dishwasher packs, dish soap, hand soap, 3 laundry pods, TRAVEL SIZE lotion, shampoo, & conditioner, 2-3 kitchen trash can bags, and 2 trash can bags for the rest of the trash cans in the condo.

→PLEASE NOTE: we do not provide refills for the "Starter Kit of Supplies" neither the "Coffee Starter" during your stay.

→WE DO NOT PROVIDE BEACH TOWELS, please bring your own. Bath towels or blankets cannot be removed from the home at any time.

***MAX OCCUPANCY OF 7***
For your ultimate enjoyment, this vacation retreat is limited to 7 occupants, "INCLUDING CHILDREN & INFANTS".

→Additional guest fee after 6 guests is $20 per person / per day.

→If a guest is found to bring additional unauthorized guests for their stay, it will result in additional fee of $100 per guest per day or cancellation of the Booking. Cancellations for unauthorized guests are discretion of the host.

→Check out time is at 10 AM. Cleaners will need to access the unit as early as possible to get ready for our next guest.
Late check out fees will apply at $50.00 per each half hour after 10:00 A.M. Unless arrangements are made for late check out with the host.

→No Pets allowed!
Guests will be asked to leave without refund and will be charged a cleaning mitigation.
***If you bring a service pet, you must notify me of what services the pet provides.
***No support animals allowed.

→Smoking violation fee $200

Snowbird season runs November through February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualify quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date, (must be the day of 1st the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. Let us know if you’re interested.

***SAFETY & SECURITY***
This property features a ring camera device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by device and protects you 24 hours a day. No interior cameras at this property.” Any tempering or destroying video devices will result in immediate evection. Photos of the device location are available in the description photos.
