Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Prepare beach snacks or hearty meals in the well-appointed kitchen, centered around a beautiful island with seating. Enjoy meals together at the dining table before relaxing in the living room with your favorite TV shows. An additional upstairs living area provides extra space for your group to spread out. Start your day with morning coffee on the furnished front porch or unwind on the back patio overlooking the backyard, holding a private pool, the area is furnished with 2 comfortable outdoor chairs and a dining table with 8 dining chairs. Inside, the house offers high-speed Wi-Fi and seven smart TVs, allowing guests to access their own Netflix and other streaming services.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
