This 9th floor condo at the Sunbird is amazing in every way! It has a view from every single room including the bedroom ! It is clean and beautifully decorated and very comfortable. You asked and we listened…..there is a brand new leather sleeper sofa and 2 super comfortable leather recliners where you can enjoy the panoramic view or watch the big screen tv. You will enjoy incredible sunsets as the unit is slightly angled to the west. Being on the 9th floor allows for some amazing nature viewings! Pineapple Willies is right next door as well as many other restaurants and attractions within walking distance . Tootsie’s will be opening soon with three stories of music, cocktails and great food and is just a short walk (.5 mile)……Our kitchen is well appointed and super clean and modern with all the comforts of home. The beaches are the star of the show, never crowded as they can be in other locations, and a short walk from the building. There are three sparkling pools for your enjoyment. There is plenty of parking as well. Come stay with us! We promise that you will enjoy your stay and will want to come back again! There is line dancing, trivia, live music and karaoke nearby! Feel free to ask me for recommendations. The Sea Screamer is lots of fun… especially the sunset cruise. Walmart is within walking distance and there are 24 hour security guards at the gated entrance. It sleeps 4 but we also have a rollaway bed if you need it. You will receive personal service as we are not a massive management company. All responses are personal… not AI generated… and we also provide you witha phone number after your booking is complete😎Prepare to be amazed and very happy in this charming Sunbird unit. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit per Sunbird rules. No pets are allowed and no smoking .

This was our first time staying in PCB and this condo was amazing! We enjoyed it so much. So clean and comfy and the view from the balcony is wonderful. We had everything we needed and felt secure on the property. So many fun things to do and great places to dine. Water is beautiful and clear. This was such a great trip and we would love to come back one day!

The view was amazing and couldn’t ask for better weather. The room was clean and comfortable and easy access to everything. My only suggestion would be to put something on the shower floor, it was slippery. The host was very friendly, accommodating and easy to reach. A stay and looking forward to coming back next year.

Pcb is my get an away spot , and the sunbird is my go to. I’ve stayed here a lot and this is by far my favorite. Susan has made this a perfect little place to unwind and relax. She was easy to communicate with and the condo exceeded my expectations! Can’t wait to go back

We absolutely hated having to return to the real world from our amazing stay! Ms. Susan was wonderful—her communication was quick, clear, and so kind. You can tell she truly cares about her guests having a great stay.The condo was clean when we arrived, and the balcony views are absolutely beautiful. We spent so much time out there enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. We had everything we needed to enjoy the comforts of home. The bed was also super comfortable, which made it even better.Only small note—if you’re on the taller side, (hubby is 6’4) the shower head is a bit lower than expected. Also, bring your beach chairs as this unit does not come with beach service. For two lounge chairs and an umbrella for two days was 127 with tax. We were lazy and didn’t want to carry chairs so we utilized the service from the vendor. Overall, such an easy, relaxing stay. We are looking for a longer stay for our next visit already and look forward to staying at Sunbelt and working with Ms. Susan again.

This was the first time for us to stay at the Sunbird and I was very impressed. The property grounds are very well kept and there is a 24 hr security. The condo we stayed in was absolutely amazing.
