The Master Bathroom ensuite features a large soaker tub, separate shower, dual sinks, and a beautiful walk-in closet. A Second Bedroom provides queen and twin bed with an additional ensuite bathroom. The kitchen includes all the utensils, glassware, cookware, and oversized pantry to make the condo feel like home. In-unit laundry, foldable beach chairs along with a large umbrella (Beach Chair/Umbrella Service is NOT included), and additional condo amenities giving you everything you need. Lovely extended living space offers a covered balcony to view the endless sunsets from the rocking chairs.

-When booking this unit, it’s important to review the messages we send through VRBO. The messages will have your door code, Wi-Fi password, Tidewater registration instructions, and more need-to-know information.
NOTE: You do NOT have to download the app but you do need to check your email.
IMPORTANT: It is the responsibility of the guest to read and verify messages/emails. If you are not getting messages/emails you need to contact VRBO.

-Tidewater has a Resort Fee of $54.04 when you register, which is not included in the VRBO price. You will be sent the link upon booking.

-Check-in is at 4:00pm which is the time your door code will be activated. We do not offer early check-ins so please plan your arrival time to PCB wisely.

-Max people allowed is 7 which includes kids age 2 and older.

-You are allowed TWO cars. There is no option for a third car through Tidewater, not even at an extra cost.

-Because we know it can surprise some people, we like to let our guests know we have a doorbell camera. There’s a light when it’s recording, which is to protect our property only, we are not watching you.

IMPORTANT: Smoking/vaping inside our unit or on balcony (Tidewater is a non-smoking building). If you smoke, Do NOT book our condo!!

-Elevators are VERY busy during the season like they are at every single condo in PCB. Expect long wait times or take the stairs when/if you can.
