Optional Vacation Add-Ons

🛺 Golf Cart Rental ($80/Night): Cruise to the beach in style on a 4-seater golf cart. Must be rented for the entire stay; signed waiver required.

🔥 Pool Heat ($40/Night): Heats the private saltwater pool to 80–84°F. Highly recommended September–May. Must be purchased for the entire stay. (Weather dependent; requires outdoor temperatures above 55°F). Temp. will rise approx. 1°F per hour and begin running early each morning if you have added the pool heat.

Important House Rules & Details

Check-In Constraints: Primary renter must be 25+ years old, staying at the property, and present a valid ID.
Strict Rules: No smoking/vaping. No pets. No events or parties. No firearms. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM.
Logistics: Driveway and street parking available. Trash pickup is Tuesday and Friday mornings. Custom keyless entry codes provided before arrival.
What to Bring: Please pack your own beach towels. We do not supply a grill at the property.
Keep windows and doors shut: Keep all openings closed when the air conditioning is running to prevent humidity buildup and mold.
Wi-Fi Disclaimer: Free Wi-Fi is provided, but no refunds are given for network outages. Bring a personal hotspot if connection is critical.

Critical Pool Safety Rules

No lifeguard on duty: Guests swim completely at their own risk.
Adult supervision required: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area.
No diving or flipping: The pool is too shallow for diving, and doing so can cause severe injury.
No glass in the pool area: Use the provided plastic, acrylic, or silicone cups and plates only.
Keep gates closed: The pool safety fence and self-latching gates must remain locked at all times.

Do not touch any of the pool equipment

Do not touch pool equipment: Guests must not alter the pool pump, heater, or automated chemical settings. Contact the property manager for any concerns related to the pool.

🐛 Pest Control: We take great pride in providing a clean, enjoyable experience. The home is professionally treated regularly, but in Florida's hot, humid climate, a stray bug may occasionally get inside. No refunds are given for random insects. Please keep doors and windows closed.

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.

Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
