This exclusive 2/3 (sleeps 6) condominium located in the Orleans in Rosemary Beach presents impeccable attention to detail for your beach destination.
Enjoy the fine selections throughout this property such as two spacious bedrooms each with a plush king size bed, private bath and balcony.
There is also a hallway bunk room with sliding door for privacy. The 3rd bathroom is located across the hallway from the bunk room. The open floor plan features a large gourmet kitchen with high-end stainless appliances and bar seating for four. The dining area outside has a large table with seating for the entire family. The immaculately designed living area has a large flat screen HDTV with plenty of comfortable seating. Off the kitchen and dining area is a large balcony overlooking the town with a peek of the Gulf!

Beautiful property. Great location to everything! The downside, which is expected, it was very noisy at night. Noticed a bag of linens, not sure if they were clean or dirty, unfolded in the closet. Stray hairs here and there but otherwise very nice. And would have preferred more than one key.

The master shower door needs a flexible attachment to keep water from pouring out to the floor. The property is beautiful and well decorated. The location is awesome, everything is so close. The only problem we had was finding the garage assigned to the unit, we did not see a number for it, so we just kept trying key pads until one opened.

Great place!!

We have been coming to Rosemary Beach every year for several years and this condo was one of my favorite places we’ve ever stayed! Location was awesome, condo was nice and clean, and the host was available when needed and friendly. Only negative was the washing machine was full of mildew and had a bad odor. Other than that, everything was perfect! Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Beautiful place and relaxing

The place was beautiful! from location spot, to views and nearby access to stores and restaurants. Management team was excellent in communication, the garage eye sensor was off or loose (to close the garage) and they immediately fixed the issue. The only thing we were disappointed with was the place did not have basic cooking supplies such as salt, pepper, sugar, spices, oil, other basic cooking spices or ingredients, etc. We have been going to Rosemary for the past 4 years for Christmas and other places have had them in the kitchen for convenience - just a thought to consider. But overall excellent place and we had an amazing family time. We definitely would visit again. Thank you!

Lovely Place

We loved our stay here. The Condo was lovely and we would definitely stay here again. Great location to beach and restaurants. The patio was very nice to sit and relax. The only negative was that showers are a bit small and do not get very hot during cold months. Bring any kind of seasonings like salt and pepper, cooking spray etc... there is nothing there. All good at this VRBO.

Wonderful roomy apartment with big nicely furnished porch

We enjoyed our stay with friends in this apartment a lot. The rooms are very nice furnished, especially the big porch! We liked the art in the apartment. Cafes, restaurants, shopping possibilities, life music snd the beach are right nearby. Unfortunately we got never a call back from the property manager for some questions we got during our stay.

Orleans Property Stay

The condo property we stayed at was stunning, cleanliness, security and location were outstanding. But the check in process with any company personnel and maintenance was very hard to reach. I was disappointed and appalled they would treat a renter like this. Everytime we called the company you would get a voicemail not having to leave a message with them eventually sending you a text message. There was a broken freezer upon check in we didn’t know it was broken till we tried to use our groceries and when asked about, someone at the company called me back and didn’t know about the broken situation but after discussion someone in maintenance did know about it, they agreed to finally drop off a cooler and ice 24 hours after. Very happy we had the opportunity to vacation here the condo was ideal but shame on the company for not being more helpful and grateful for their renters.

Beautiful condo but many issues to overcome

We have rented in Rosemary for years and always love coming. We rely on reviews in choosing our rentals and had hoped we made a smart decision in our rental selection. We have never written a negative review. Upon arrival we were very excited to check in a couple of hours early however when we arrived things were not as expected. No instructions were given as to where our parking garage was located. We had to go door to door and enter the code to see which one would open. Once in the condo it was beautifully decorated but then we began to notice all the problems. We discovered the freezer drawer was ajar and would not close because it was frozen over. No instructions were given on how to work the television and 5 remotes were lying on the table. The outdoor patio was dirty and dead plants left in containers. We had seen this complaint in the past from a previous renter but had hoped they would address the problem. We had to wipe down all the outdoor furniture. The mats on the bathroom floors looked old and not clean. No laundry detergent was provided for even one wash. The kitchen didn’t have some very basic things we needed like a cutting board, measuring cup, bottle opener, etc. The most frustrating part is when we reached out to Best Beach Getaways, who manages the property, they never responded during our entire trip and we were there for 4 nights. Maybe not having the owner oversee the property is the problem in addition the condo is for sale so it’s not their priority.

Awesome stay!

We loved everything about our stay here
 the location, the space itself. We came with our four boys, ages 6-10, and the proximity to the beach, pool, shops and restaurants is amazing. The outdoor eating space was also very accommodating. We can’t wait to return and are already planning on booking this unit again!

Stunning condo. We loved the location! Just upstairs from Rosemary’s town square

We loved it, very elegant. Our only recommendation would be to pull all the dead plants on balcony that were in the statue heads and planter boxes. Really looked bad! But

Heart of Rosemary beach

Prime location 2 blocks to the beach. Very convenient if you want to come back to lunch or a brake from the sun. The condo has very nice high end features. However, cleanliness was not great. Master bedroom sheets/pillows did not smell clean. There were hairs in the bathroom sink. There were many items in the kitchen that were not clean at all. The couches in the balcony were not clean as mentioned by a previous review. Overall communication was just ok and instructions were not that clear on arrival. For example we had to figure out ourselves where was the garage for the car. These are easy things to make it great, that’s why I mentioned them.
