The condo was nice, but immediately construction started. The condo above us flooded into our condo and our sink was backed up. I wish we would've known about the loud construction that would be going on. Other wise, pool was heated and very nice grill area

Check in was a breeze. Great location. Company was easy to communicate with. Good location to the nearest elevator. The elevators were a little slow at times but that was to be expected. Plenty of dishes.

We enjoyed our stay but there were a few things that could be improved. One of the dressers was broken and unable to be used, some of the plug ins did not work, and the AC vent was very dirty and covered in dust. We had to clean it for it to even blow air. Overall it was decent. The location and amenities were great & it was very quiet. I do wish the resort had more than 3 elevators because there was a line at the end of the day. I would probably stay here again

Fall Break

The property was in a fabulous location. We drove, at most, 10 miles to do all the things we wanted to do. The two areas that could be improved are the limitations on the thermostat - we would have gladly paid a reasonable fee to be able to lower the temperature. Also, since there are no ceiling fans in the rooms, box fans would have been nice. Overall a wonderful stay and condo!

Great Beach and Pool

When getting to the condo it was dirty and a lot of stuff was broken. We did pick up cleaning supplies and spent the first day washing floors, dishes, counters, etc. Our tvs were not working but the facility was really great and had their own maintenance man come out and he fixed all five tvs. The warm pool was amazing, it would have been nice to have both pools heated. Overall we had a good experience. The beach was beautiful and it was nice to be right on the beach and listen to the waves.

Good for the price

This condo suited my family just fine. We had a issue with only 1 sofa being a sleeper when the condo was advertised as having 2. We couldn’t get in touch with anyone about this until Monday, we arrived on Saturday, so we had to have 2 family members sleep on the floor. However the management company did bring over a air mattress Monday night. We really have no other complaints. The view was great, the tiki bar was 5 stars! The pools were very crowded but that was expected.

Great place!

We loved the condo and really wished the TV' would have been hooked up in the 3 Rd bedroom with the twin beds. It's the perfect location,, the view is unobstructed and breathtaking from the balcony. Everyone was super friendly. Will definitely check on staying again.

Perfect Condo overlooking the beach

Beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. The condo had everything that we needed and more. The owner and/or previous tenants left beach toys, chairs, and tubes that were stored in closets and the laundry room which was so convenient so we did the same :) The condo has 2 large pools, a hot tub, and bar and grill steps from the beach. We will definitely be back!!

DISGUSTING! FILTHY! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!

Disgusting does not begin to describe this condo. Cleaner did not clean. Floors had not been mopped in months, bathrooms are covered in mold, TV’s do not work, linens were filthy, walls and baseboards we nasty, found a bag of marijuana in the kitchen cabinet. We had to purchase cleaning supplies in order to clean the condo before we could sleep there. One bedroom had no lights. Had to purchase blankets for sleeper sofas. They provided one blanket with LARGE cigarette burns. Honesty, I am embarrassed for the owner of this property. DO NOT waste your money. You will be very disappointed. We have requested a partial refund from “Bob” but have not heard anything yet.

Good but could be better...

While we very much enjoyed our stay, we will struggle to book a property not privately owned by a person. There were so many things that could be very simple improvements to make a property like this amazing. The management responded to my concerns with explanation; however, due to the nature of the concerns one would almost expect a price adjustment. For the price paid, you would expect to have a property that is much more cared for. There were numerous broken items; aged furniture; unusable things; nonfunctioning outlets; very poor quality door; poor air conditioning; very outdated; and no broom or dust pan. Again, overall this property is nice...meaning it is a condo with mother nature's beauty steps away and that can serve as a distraction for the problems within. BUT with as much money that is made on this listing, there is no reason it should not be updated and maintained. It is a shame to see a property like this appear in shambles. This review is not negative as the condo met all of our needs. It is meant as words of encouragement to make simple improvements to better serve your guests.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

This property was nasty! Walls are brown, holes in walls, mold in second bathroom, the air doesn’t get below 75 at anytime, the fan in living room is tore up and you need it because it’s so hot, there was sticky stuff and food pieces in the fridge, brown stuff on the master room sheets. The exhaust comes on and doesn’t work so the bathrooms get so steamy and hot with showers. The 3rd room wouldn’t get below 81 degrees and our children woke up many times soaked with sweat. We purchased 4 box fans just to make it manageable. You have to wait forever for an elevator. We paid over 3000 for the week and are very disappointed and the pictures do not show how nasty it is. The manager did send the cleaning lady the next morning but we we had already stripped all the beds, cleaned the bathrooms, swept and mopped, and cleaned the refrigerator before she had arrived. The handle of the sliding glass door is so loose you can barely open the door. There is carpet on the balcony which gets soaked and full of mildew. We made our children wear socks at all times and they were all black. I have been going to PCB for 20+ years and have stayed at many places but none this bad. The manager also offered for us to check out that night after we checked in with no other condo to put us in. Customer service sucks and the cleaning people said the fan has been broken for a while. Don’t waste your money!!!

Family vacay

We have stayed at regency many many times and are always pleased. Yes, the condos are a little older and dated but I love the location. This particular unit has an updated kitchen and bathroom. We had all utensils and supplies needed. I read there may not be enough towels but there were plenty. I also loved the full size washer and dryer. We will definitely stay again!

DISCUSSTING! Poor management and cleaning crew

Entered the property at 4:30 to find the cleaning person. The unit smelt nothing like cleaning supplies. She was cleaning the surfaces with ammonia. I know because I had to chase her down so we could spray the food off the dinning table. She left and we cleaned the rest of the night and the next morning. The floors were black, the box spring covers were filthy, the dinning chairs consist of 2 dinning chairs and 2 lawn chairs. This unit sleeps 10. The kitchen cabinet was broke off, we were told the would be up that night or first thing in the morning. No one showed the hole week. The balcony has gross Carpet, the sliding glass door handle from the living room was so loose you couldn't use it. Tent camping would have been cleaner than this unit. Whomever ownes this unit should be ashamed! Firing your agent and cleaning crew would be the first step in the right direction. The agent takes no responsibility if he responds to a request, the blame is on the renter. This is a perfect example of a slum lord. My rating is ZERO STARS FOR THE UNIT.Will never be back!

Average Stay

There were some things good about this place and some not so good. First off all it was not clean at all. There is mold growing all over the bathroom ceiling. In one of the bedrooms there were clothes still in the room from the last guests and a used condom behind the TV. There were only two chairs at the dining room table, but they did have some patio chairs moved inside so we could use those. There wasn't enough silverware for a family of 8. We had to go buy plasticware. The kitchen is very bare. Thankfully we had brought some of our own cookware based off of other reviews. The TV in the first bedroom is in the corner and doesn't swing out so you can't see it good from the bed. It wouldn't be hard to put it on a swivel so that it could be seen while you are in bed. Another huge disappoint is that there are no longer tennis courts. Our kids were really looking forward to playing tennis and it is one of the reasons we chose this place. They are now part of the parking lot. The only positives is that it is right on the beach, there was a heated pool, and the view from the patio was good. That is about the only good things I can say.
