Our villa is designed for comfort and ease. The living area features ample seating, a dining space, and a 52" Smart TV with HD service. The fully stocked kitchen includes all appliances, cookware, and a Keurig duo coffee pot to make meal prep a breeze.

Family Vacation!

Everything was perfect, definitely recommend. Condo/resort was on point. On-site restaurant was excellent. Felt safe enough to give our tweens some independence around the resort and the pool. Loved it here and would absolutely book at the Sand Dollar Villa again! Our new home away from home

Our family of 7 really enjoyed our stay at this villa. It has been nicely updated and was equipped with everything we needed. It is a short walk to beach, but the tram was very nice for elderly or those who wore themselves out on the beach. The owner was very responsive and accommodating when notified of a potential issues.

Perfect location to stay in PCB

We took a short trip to Panama City Beach last weekend, and I found this villa to be absolutely ideal. We love Edgewater Resort but hate dealing with beach elevators so this ground floor villa was awesome. We parked right at the door. The location is super close to the beach, big pool and restaurant, but it was quiet and peaceful on the golf course. The comfy patio furniture was perfect to sit outside, and the pool nearest the villa was heated so the kids loved that. Inside is beautiful. You can tell the owners take pride in having an updated and clean condo for guests. It was plenty big for 7 of us, and the new kitchen was perfect for the meals we made there. The beds are very comfortable (a must on vacation!). If you haven't been to Edgewater, it's the best resort. Having a restaurant by the big pool is so convenient but there are also several right across the street that we walked to as well (Megan was always quick to respond to our questions and gave us great restaurant recommendations). PCB is our go-to beach, and we will absolutely stay at this condo again. Highly recommend!

Perfection! Quiet, beautiful, clean!

Last minute trip traveling with my mother who has mobility issues. Ground floor Villa was beautifully decorated in a neat bright beachy style. It was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Check in was a breeze and the owner is amazing and went completely out of her way to make it smooth as this was last minute trip. Everything is well thought out. The kitchen even has a recipe book of homemade favorites! There was a book of local restaurant menus. The beds are plush and comfortable (I am healing from a broken back and I slept like a baby). Private patio overlooking golf course and pond was lovely. A causeway over front Beach road lets you walk to the beach safely but the added tram can deliver you there without the walk. The lagoon pool was gorgeous but the hot tubs every where and 9 other pools just added icing! Did I mention golf, and tennis? Yep there is that too. Also jetskis to rent. There is even a great onsite restaurant. There's activities and restaurants within walking distance of the villa too or jump in the car for a short ride to pier park. Best of all it is in a safe gated community so you are assured to have a quiet and relaxing vacation.
