The natural light and beautifully appointed living space is wonderful ... did I mention the view! We are located on what is considered the "quiet" end of the beach due to the fact traffic is never an issue even though it is centrally located to all attractions. Parking is easy and the elevators are fast. Ensuring a stress free vacation.

The Master Bedroom features a King bed, Smart TV, and has all of the comforts of home including its own ensuite bathroom and direct access to the balcony. The Guest Room also has all new furnishings, a Queen bed and Smart TV and the hall bath is conveniently accessible from the bedroom. The sofa is also a sleeper. The Bunk Room has Twin over Twin beds and affords comfortable sleeping for everyone!

Treasure Island Resort Condominium is your home away from home in Panama City Beach, Florida. Featuring tropical landscaping with Gulf front access to the stunning white beaches and a spectacular pool deck. You will be sure to fall in love with this destination. Amenities abound at Treasure Island Resort including heated lagoon style pool during cooler weather, hot tub, and a covered parking garage. To make sure a perfect day at the beach is not interrupted...there is a poolside cafe, Liza's Munchies which serves some of the best gourmet sandwiches and mixed drink on the Gulf Coast! (open March through Labor Day)

There are multiple shower stations that can be utilized before entering the pool and returning from the beach. Treasure Island Resort also offers 2 gazebos on the pool deck that can be used by guests during pool hours. The gazebos are first come, first serve, and may be used for birthday parties, weddings, picnics, and any other special events. Treasure Island also offers a newly renovated fitness center equipped with top of the line treadmills and weight stations. This area is opened 7 days a week from 8 am – 10 pm.

For your convenience, there are Weber natural gas grills located on the 3rd floor of the parking garage and charcoal grills located on the pool deck. The clearance of our parking garage is 7 ft. 6 in. and has a total of 6 levels. The 3rd – 6th levels of the parking garage offer direct access to our elevator lobbies. There are luggage carts located on each level of the parking garage along with handicap parking for our guests with mobility issues. For those who enjoy a scenic bike ride towards St. Andrews State Park, we offer bicycle racks on each floor of the parking garage to make your experience at Treasure Island Resort truly convenient.

Guest pays $20 to pay for parking and pool passes. Each unit comes with one assigned parking space and one unassigned guest parking space. Only owners and registered guests are allowed to park on our property. There shall be no storage or parking of watercraft or watercraft trailers, campers, motor homes or any trailer longer than 16 feet in total length.
