You will LOVE this fabulous and spacious condo at Shores of Panama! No detail has gone overlooked. With 3 bedrooms, PLUS a Bunk Room, there is room for all of your guests. Fully updated and beautifully decorated, you have everything you need for a fabulous vacation! This open- concept layout feels like a perfect beach getaway, with 9 foot windows allowing in tons of natural light from your ocean front terrace. With modern furnishings and all the comforts of home, including a FULL- sized Washer and Dryer in the unit, you will simply love your time in Panama City Beach.

The updated kitchen leads off this open floor-plan and comes stocked with all of the small appliances and utensils you will need. Start your mornings with coffee at the kitchen bar, or head to the balcony and watch the waves roll in. You can make larger meals and gather everyone at the dining table as well. Leading into the living room, you will find plenty of comfortable seating, which is perfect for movie and game nights. The VIEWS from the living area are truly breathtaking, and you will love ending your day in one of the terrace chairs, enjoying drinks as the sun goes down!

The Master Bedroom is its own retreat, with a King bed, ample storage, a flat screen TV and en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a large vanity, and a tub/ shower combination. The front guest bedroom features a King bed, and its own bathroom as well. BOTH bedrooms feature modern furnishings and plenty of space. The middle Guest Room has a Queen bed, and a bathroom is just steps away. The Bunk Room has 2 custom built Twin bunk beds. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Shores of Panama is a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space, indoor and outdoor with hot tubs, modern fitness center with brand new equipment and 2 poolside Tiki bars. There are beachside activities and water-sports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides reserved, covered parking and facilities for large events. They have a banquet room for wedding receptions should you choose to get married on the beach.

Just steps away from everything you could need- Walmart is across the street, and you are just moments away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area. Pineapple Willy's Beachfront Bar is just steps away, as is Ripley's Museum, Signal Hill Golf Course, mini golf and tons of restaurants. You will have a great time on your vacation, no matter where you go in PCB!

**Shores of Panama charges a 1-time registration fee of $115. You will pay this directly to the front desk after you arrive. This fee provides you with 10 property wristbands and 2 parking permits, 1 permit is for the reserved space while the 2nd vehicle can park anyplace not marked reserved in the garage. This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. Spacious room with beautiful pool

We had a great stay overall. The room was spacious, comfortably accommodating our family of six, and it was clean and well-furnished. The extra bedrooms and bathrooms were especially appreciated, and the pool became a favorite spot for everyone.A few things to note for future guests: the elevators were extremely slow, often taking 20–40 minutes, which made coming and going a bit challenging. Parking was also very tight. We were in a truck, and between the narrow spaces and sharp corners, navigating the garage was tricky—we ended up using public parking about half a mile away. The check-in instructions did mention tight parking and recommended compact vehicles, though that wasn’t clear at the time of booking.Lastly, the beach chair rental situation could have been smoother. The staff handling chair rentals seemed rude and unwilling to assist, which took away from what should have been a relaxing experience by the beach.Despite these hiccups, the accommodations themselves were great and gave our family a comfortable stay for the trip.

Dirty

The room was dirty, I walked around for less than 5 minutes without shoes and my feet where black. There where chunks of paint falling of the ceiling in one of the bedroom. There was a broken glass in the cabinet in the kitchen. The elevators took forever and they where too many people on them. The parking garage is not big enough for all rooms they have. We had to park on the 10th floor and there where times it took us 20 minutes to get in or out of the parking garage. The traffic around the resort was impossible during the afternoon and evening hours.

Worst Florida experience in 30+ years

The Unit 2028 condo was infested with roaches and my daughter is covered in bites that appear to be from bedbugs. The paint in the master bedroom is peeling, and the ice maker was dismantled in the freezer. The unit is VERY sparsely decorated, the carpet is matted and nasty, the oven is rusted and the drawer underneath is full of grease and rust. Upon our arrival there was hair in one shower and a black hair tie left in another. There are only 6 elevators in this huge complex of 709 units, and one was out of order the first 3 days, so unless going on it between midnite and 5am, expect a 15-20 minute wait and a stop on every floor. (This unit is on the 20th floor). Owner claimed NO responsibility for any of the problems inside the unit. I was advised they would spray the condo and re-clean it, but that did not happen. The Shores of Panama front desk clerk said my only avenue of relief was to call the owner. I have a large number of photos to back all my claims. There were both live and dead roaches in the cabinets and crawling on the walls in the bedroom, living room, dining room chair, and kitchen. In response to the lack of ice maker, owner sent a kid up with 2 dollar store ice trays. Anything positively advertised about this unit is nothing short of false and misleading. I'm incredibly disappointed that VRBO advertises for this owner, and I'm appalled that The Shores of Panama don't hold the owner accountable. I’ve NEVER had this kind of experience. I only wish this review would allow me to post the pictures!
