Leading into the living room, you will find plenty of comfortable seating, which is perfect for movie and game nights. The Master Bedroom is its own retreat, with a King bed, ample storage, a flat screen TV and en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a large vanity, and a tub/ shower combination. The front guest bedroom features a King bed, and its own bathroom as well. BOTH bedrooms feature modern furnishings and plenty of space. The middle Guest Room has a Queen bed, and a bathroom is just steps away. The Bunk Room has 2 custom built Twin bunk beds. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Shores of Panama is a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space, indoor and outdoor with hot tubs, modern fitness center with brand new equipment and 2 poolside Tiki bars. There are beachside activities and water-sports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides reserved, covered parking and facilities for large events. They have a banquet room for wedding receptions should you choose to get married on the beach.

Just steps away from everything you could need- Walmart is across the street, and you are just moments away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area. Pineapple Willy's Beachfront Bar is just steps away, as is Ripley's Museum, Signal Hill Golf Course, mini golf and tons of restaurants. **Shores of Panama charges a 1-time registration fee of $115. You will pay this directly to the front desk after you arrive. This fee provides you with 10 property wristbands and 2 parking permits, 1 permit is for the reserved space while the 2nd vehicle can park anyplace not marked reserved in the garage. This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.
