Our two-bedroom, three-bathroom condo is a spacious and modern property that can fit you and seven others. We think this is one of the best properties in the area for a couple's retreat, family getaway, or friend's reunion for those who want to explore all that Panama City Beach has to offer.

Not only are you located in one of the best areas of the town – right on the water and just seconds from the Panama City Beach Winery, Signal Hill Golf Course, Race City, and WonderWorks Panama City Beach – but the interior will make your jaw drop.

Cozy Living Room

The living room features two leather couches that you will sink into. If you are tired after a long day of being on the beach, head in here and plop down on the couch and shut your eyes for a quick cat nap. You can also sit on one of the leather, plush couches, turn on your favorite show or movie on the smart TV, and chill out in the middle of the afternoon. We also have a wicker chair that is great for gazing out of the large, glass windows, reading a book, or sipping on an ice-cold beer as you plot your moves for the rest of the day. There is a Queen murphy bed in the living room.

Not to mention, the living room also offers perfect views of the outdoor area from the comfort of the cozy couches. In just a few steps, you can get up and open the sliding glass doors to feel the ocean breeze on your face and smell the salt water. Head out to your private balcony and relax in one of the Adirondack chairs. Personally, we love heading out here early in the morning with a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise over the bright blue water before the day gets too hot. We can't think of anything more relaxing when it comes to starting a fun-filled and chilled-out vacation!

Modern Kitchen

Speaking of coffee, the kitchen in this condo is spacious, modern, and functional. We make it so that you want to use the kitchen, even if you are not a huge fan of cooking food. Our kitchen contains ample counter space, granite countertops that won't get stained or damaged, high top bar stools for your guests to sit and have a few cocktails during happy hour, and new amenities for cooking a quick lunch or hearty dinner, like a microwave, oven, stove, coffee pot, refrigerator, toaster, and freezer.

Plus, the open floor plan between the kitchen, dining area, and living room make this spacious condo feel even bigger than it already is!

Dining Room

The dining room table is conveniently located in the walkway between the kitchen and the living room. We make it so that all of your guests can easily have a place to sit, eat, and talk about plans for the upcoming day. The circular dining room table can fit four of your guests, where the high top bar stools can fit three more. This makes it easy for everyone to sit, chat, play a game of cards, watch TV, or listen to music as you debate which bars to head to for a night out on the town!

Bedrooms

After an evening out and about, dancing, drinking, and talking to locals, it might be time to hit the hay. Choose between one of the two bedrooms, either the master suite with plush bedding, a large flat screen TV, and an attached private bathroom with a modern shower and large tub. You can wash the sand off of your feet and crawl into bed with your loved one to wake up feeling refreshed and clean in the morning.

And don't worry about your pals – your guests will be able to stay in the Queen Suite with a TV, full bath, and large queen-sized bed. For the kids who are with you during vacay, they will absolutely love the freedom and independence of staying in the bunkbed room that features a pocket door, with a twin bed, full bunk, and private bathroom.

There is a Reserved Parking Space on the 5th floor which means NO elevators as you load & unload your vehicle. For your convenience, we have a keypad on the entry door - no key cards.

The Shores Of Panama has everything you could want or need in a resort. We are conveniently located across the street from a Walmart Super Center and liquor store. Next door to Pineapple Willy's Restaurant with live music & dancing. PW is one of the most popular places on Panama City Beach. Waffle House is also right next door.
Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum, Go Carts, and other family activities all within walking distance. Pier Park is a very short drive away and offers great shopping, dining, and exciting nightlife.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING! Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. All occupants over the age of 18 will be required to submit a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, at the time of booking. Vacations Perfected is legally required to keep these IDs on file for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. Vacations Perfected is legally required to obtain the names and ages of ALL occupants of the property, regardless of age, for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed. Vacations Perfected takes this ordinance seriously, the fines that could be enforced upon Vacations Perfected could include loss of our rental license. Remember, city ordinances take precedence over policies of 3rd party sites such as Airbnb and VRBO. If you aren't comfortable providing the above-mentioned documentation as required by the city, we suggest booking elsewhere. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

Ordinance 1667 also states that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian while on property after 10:00pm. This includes parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian during curfew hours of 8:00pm to 5:00am while inside the city limits of Panama City Beach. This includes sidewalks, the sandy beach, parking lots, stores, public parks, etc. No more than 2 minors can accompany 1 parent or adult guardian. Violation of the ordinance can result in fines to the parent or guardian and eviction from the property by the city. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed.

Why is this ordinance in place? In recent years, Panama City Beach has been overrun by minors and young adults looking to do nothing more than start trouble in our city. City officials have enacted this ordinance to take a stance against this type of behavior, and make it an enjoyable area for everyone again.

This property is professionally managed by Vacations Perfected. Vacations Perfected requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with.
