The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, espresso machine, microwave, and a full-sized refrigerator with an ice maker, making both quick breakfasts and relaxed dinners easy to plan. Laketown Wharf Parking Pass & Wristband Fee:
A one-time $100.41 fee, paid directly to the HOA via their online portal, is required. The link will be emailed after registration, which must include guest names, ages, and vehicle details. Parking passes are picked up at the front desk, and wristbands are in the unit. Leave all wristbands at checkout to avoid a $50 replacement fee each.

Pick up groceries and beverages at Publix or Winn-Dixie, and enjoy easy access to the 30A area for a fraction of the cost of staying in Rosemary, WaterColor, or Seaside. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods
