Welcome to our Ocean Reef coastal cottage condo! The condo is beach-front with an oversized 10x28 balcony with room for everyone. From the moment you walk-in you'll be awed by the upgraded features including beautiful wood plank siding, wood floors, upscale southern coastal decor, comfortable furnishings, and beautiful bathrooms including a custom walk-in shower.

The living room features a wrap around, leather, sectional sofa and arm chair that provides ample sitting for everyone. Enjoy gazing at the beautiful gulf water or watching evening movies on the wall-mounted, large screen, TV (with soundbar), or stretching out and taking relaxing naps on the comfortable sofa.

The kitchen features a stylish, farmhouse, deep white sink and stainless appliances including a refrigerator/freezer, electric range oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The elegant dining room table sits six and the breakfast bar includes four bar stools. You have everything you need for preparing delicious meals.

The gulf-front master bedroom includes a king size bed, balcony access, and a private bathroom with double vanity, and beautiful walk-in shower. The large guest bedroom offers two queen beds with separate guest bathroom access that includes a stylish combination shower/tub and vanity.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.
