Recently renovated! Just steps to the beach, South side of 30A! Relax with family and friends just steps from the beautiful white sand of the renowned 30A beach. This home, known as "Twin Palms", is situated inside a gated community, . You’ll find the cobblestone street lined with picturesque palm trees, leading the way to the Gulf mere steps away. The subdivision has a Gulf-front pool, that is heated in the off seasons. The home boasts a Gulf View from the home’s 3rd story Crow’s Nest! The house sleeps 9 total: 2 in the second-floor master king bed, 4 in the 1st floor bedroom with 2 Queens, and 3 Twin Beds in the 3rd story "Crow's Nest” (bunk bed, no teenagers on top bunk!). Please note that the 3rd bedroom is the Crow’s Nest and is most suitable for small kids, as it is limited in space for luggage, etc. The home has 2 full bathrooms, one on the ground level, and one on the 2nd level. Enjoy 2 private balconies: one balcony off the master bedroom, and another one off the Living Room. This balcony is set up with a 4-person patio table for enjoying lunch/dinner, or a nice drink up against a refreshing gulf breeze. Bikes are available for rent across the street, or can be delivered (ask for referral for discounted price) as you enjoy a scenic stroll along the iconic streets of Alys and Rosemary Beach. Included are beach chairs, however, you can rent chairs/umbrella daily at the beach if you choose to do so in a reserved area. This is recommended in peak season since the beach can get crowded. Just across the street from our subdivision is "Peddlers Pavilion" which has restaurants, entertainment, and often live music at night (seasonal). Take a stroll through beautiful Alys Beach just West of Sunset Beach or stroll through the quaint streets of Rosemary just East, and enjoy many options for dining. Both of these communities are a 3-5 minute walk, or a 1-minute bike ride from "Twin Palms." The house has 2 garages. (These garages are very tight fitting. Oversized vehicles may not fit. 7ft 10in wide). It is possible that your car will stick out of the right side garage if you use it for parking. In which case, simply leave the garage door open and use it as a carport. No need to close the garage door if your car does not fit in all the way. Please be mindful to fold your mirrors in as you pull in the garage. Feel free to contact me directly for other parking arrangements during your beach stay. 205.454.9849. ***Please note that the bikes on site are the owners. Contact me for a discounted rate and bikes can be delivered to you by a local company. Bikes are also available for rent across the street at “Peddler’s Pavilion.”

***Please note that the garage spaces are very tight. You will need to pull your mirrors in, and depending on the length of your vehicle, you might have to leave the garage doors up while your vehicle is parked in the garage. Clearance width: 7’10”

***Due to the popularity of 30A, there might be construction going on during your stay, as this area is growing. Refunds will not be given for this factor. However, it has never been a complaint from *any* previous guests.

***Please note this area is very popular and the beach can get very crowded, especially during peak vacation times. Renting beach chairs in peak season is highly recommended.

Great Host in a Fantastic Home away from Home!

We loved the location of this home, in a gated community with heated pool and steps to beach access. The home is well kept with garage for our car and easy walking distance to shops and the square. The host is so great at communicating, so we knew what to do to make check in and check out a breeze. The host even remotely was able to get us through the gates on a super late check in - thanks so much for being so available to make for a smooth and easy stay!

Beautiful beach house!

My family had a wonderful spring break stay at this beach house. The best part was how close it was to the beach - about a 2 minute walk through the neighborhood. We went to the beach multiple times each day and enjoyed the sunrise, mid-day sunshine and sunsets. If we forgot something, it was not a big deal to run back to the house. The beaches are so clean and the water is gorgeous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was also just a short walk to some very cute shops and restaurants. A short drive to Publix. It is a very cute house with coastal decor. We loved having our own house rental, as opposed to being in a hotel or condo. Nice quiet neighborhood and feels very safe, being in a gated community with a security guard. It has a beautiful kitchen with everything you need. Enough beds to allow my teenagers to have their own space. Appreciated having a washer and dryer, too, to be able to do laundry if needed. Our rental car was a Toyota Camry and it fit just fine in the garage, although it is a tight space. They had plenty of beach chairs in the 2nd garage, which was a nice alternative to renting chairs on the beach. The host was excellent at communicating with me, answered all my questions by text within minutes. What a wonderful experience! Thank you so much!

1st time at twin palms

overall, five stars! First, the communication with David, the host, was beyond excellent. Kept us updated via text, always available, beyond helpful, best host we ever stayed with. The property is steps from the beach, unit is standalone so no adjoining walls or shared spaces which is awsome. Very quiet despite springbreak going on. Beyond clean, uodated, and you can tell the owners take pride in their property! Heated pool beachside at the main building less than 75yrds away. The neighbors to the right (as you look at the property) who are owners were also fantastic and extremely welcoming and friendly. We stayed with our 16mo old and 5 and 7 year olds. Master on 2nd floor, kids slept upstairs in “crows nest” which they loved. Baby slept in 1st floor room which has 2 double beds (maybe queens?) along with another full bath Not every property is perfect for everyone. Things we learned from being there and to consider: washer/dryer are in the garage
not a huge deal just fyi our suv (yukon) can’t reasonably fit in either of the smaller garage bays so we parked most of the time at the condo/high rise building which is just up the road/walkway (about maybe 75yards away at best, never once had an issue finding a spot, wasn’t a big deal to us) we rented baby gates given the steps in the house for our little one
david has ample kids plates/cups/games/books there etc
no tub in bathrooms so just rented one
aside from steps and tubs
it’s beyond kid friendly there’s not a ton of space in the master bed, given size of the room and the king bed in it, with that said, it want a huge deal to us Kid sleeping up in the crows nest is awesome for children up to about 10 years old. After that it be hard to fit adults on the third floor. there a separate window unit AC up there to keep it cool if needed all in all, 100% recommend, fantastic spot on the 30A steps from rosemary and lays beach. host was beyond fantastic and our family loved it. So refreshing to see owners who take pride in their property and truly care about the people staying in it. We will be back.

Wonderful location

Our stay was so great! The house was clean and cozy. All the amenities where so wonderful to have. The bikes and beach accessories where a major plus. The location is perfect for beach and pool access only a few minute walk. Everyone was friendly and the owner was very responsive and a great communicator. The instructions where clear and helpful. Thank you. We will be back!
