Beautiful PREMIUM 1-Bedroom Villa at Harborside - ATLANTIS with almost 900 sq ft. Features include, 2-burner stove, a convection oven, and good closet space. Balcony & whirlpool Tub. Rental fee includes free access to all Atlantis attractions, pools, and facilities. Also, a large infinity-edged pool is right out the door on the Harborside campus; it includes an adult area, a kids' pool area, and a separate infant pool. Accommodations are for up to 4 guests, maximum.

This is a 4-day rental ONLY. Below are several links which should be required reading regarding ATLANTIS, the Bahamas in general, the HARBORSIDE Resort, and the VISTANA timeshare network. Please see the end of the following section.

FURTHER DESCRIPTION:
This is a PREMIUM one-bedroom villa. The bedroom has a king-size bed, & roomy closet, master bathroom with a vanity, living room pull-out sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, 2-burner stove-top, microwave/convection oven, toaster, coffee maker & blender, a dining area, and washer/dryer.

Your Villa includes for all 4 guests unlimited access passes to the Atlantis water park, its beaches, the "Dig," and more. You will receive a wristband for each person in your party and privileges at all towel concessions across Atlantis. A maximum of 4 guests may stay in the villa. Accommodations consist of two beds, a king in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa-bed in the living room. No "roll-away" beds are provided or allowed.

There are many restaurants, bars, and lounges offering everything from fine dining to small fast-food concessions. A casual restaurant is located on the Harborside property at the pool; this small restaurant has a distant view of cruise ships that visit Nassau harbor. Other restaurants and dining experiences are a short shuttle ride away. You can grab a quick bite poolside, indulge in endless buffets, or enjoy family-style meals. You can also cook in your own villa using groceries and supplies from an on-campus store, or use a Harborside shuttle for a trip to a Nassau food store. Also, taxis are available at the Harborside Front Desk if you are rushed.

Aquaventure is an Atlantis Paradise Island water park, a one-of-a-kind 141-acre waterscape with complimentary admission for all Atlantis guests including Harborside. Atlantis includes high-speed water slides, a mile-long river ride with rolling rapids and wave surges, 20 swimming areas, a spectacular kids water-play fort, and 11 unique and refreshing swimming pools. There is a kid-friendly pool at Harborside featuring a zero-entry area and kiddie pool. Scuba, Snorkel, Shark Adventures, Snuba, Stingray swim: The Bahamas have been voted “Best Place to Dive with Big Animals”
Youngsters aged 3 - 6 years can wade into an exciting world filled with marine animals with the “Sea Squirts” program.

CASINO: The innovatively designed casino is the largest in the Caribbean with 800 of the newest slot machines 79 table games and experienced staff.

FITNESS CENTER: The Fitness Center has everything you need to stay in shape while on a Bahamas vacation, including cardio and strength training equipment, free weights, studios for spinning, yoga, and Pilates classes, a lap pool, and a wellness area.

SPA: The Mandara Spa at Atlantis brings together ancient Balinese healing touches, traditional European therapies, and natural elements indigenous to The Bahamas, to provide the most unique and pampering spa treatments.

GOLF: Guests of Atlantis can play and enjoy spectacular ocean views at the Ocean Club Golf Course, an 18-hole, par 72 championship course. (Golf fees not included in the rent)

TENNIS COURTS: Play a round of tennis on one of the three har-tru courts and three hard courts. Arrange for racquet rentals and lessons to improve your game.

ROCK CLIMBING: Climber's Rush is a climbing facility with 12 climbing surfaces that offer a variety of options and difficulties to choose from.

The COVID-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. do not merit a refund. This contract specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit if caused by the Coronavirus pandemic.

Any variation from the photo and actual property is unintentional, so guests are expected to research accommodations and facilities on their own. They are all standard for every Harborside unit. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, is not deceptive advertising, and is intended by the week owner.

Dining Payments
The food and beverage outlets at Atlantis on Paradise Island operate cashless. Harborside will require you to authorize an initial credit card deposit equal to $100 per day at check-in. Additional authorizations will be obtained as required during your stay based upon your spending. There is no need to carry cash on Atlantis property.

Value-Added Tax
The Bahamian government has implemented a Value-Added Tax (VAT), a consumption tax charged at 12% on most goods and services that businesses provide in the Bahamas, including but not limited to credit card deposits, housekeeping services, and internet charges. VAT is also charged on certain goods and services imported from outside the Bahamas
