To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 93cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 160cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat, and features tiles and artificial grass. The pool itself has ladder access. There are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 20 steps to the first floor. The double bedroom door is 72cm wide, whilst the main bathroom door is 65cm wide.
