This charming studio is part of the beautiful Quinta dos Chãos, in Paredes, featuring several independent houses within the property. Perfect for couples or solo travelers, it offers privacy and a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature.

The sleeping area includes a comfortable double bed, dressed with fresh linens for a restful night. The studio also features a single sofa bed, suitable for a third guest if needed. The open-plan layout includes a smart TV for your favorite shows and high-speed WiFi to keep you connected.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials you might need, including dishes, pots, pans, a microwave, electric kettle, and toaster, allowing you to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a cozy dinner. A small table is provided for meals or snacks.

The private bathroom features a shower and is stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries, ensuring convenience during your stay.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-the-phone concierge service that can provide you assistance any time of the day.

A peaceful and charming apartment in Parada de Todeia, set in a scenic countryside location. Guests can enjoy nearby walking and hiking trails, explore the local villages, and visit natural attractions such as rivers and forests. Ideal for a relaxing retreat away from the city, offering tranquility and easy access to Portugal’s rural beauty.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Parada (on the Linha do Marco de Canaveses), is just a 1.2 km walk (~25 minutes) from the property, with direct connections to Porto (São Bento / Campanhã) and other northern towns.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) in Porto is approximately 33 km away, about a 1 hour drive from the property by car.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
