Gut: Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
Location: on river (riverside walks). There's some railway noise. Shops, restaurants and market in Lagny over the bridge.Parking: hit and miss, free in street mid Jul - end Sep. We had to park quite a long way away, then moved nearer when (eventually) space became available.Check-in: key needed oiling to open front door lock (thanks to neighbour) otherwise fine. I left the key wrapped in oiled tissue.Safety: the stairs are dangerous especially the wobbly spiral up to the bedroom mezzanine, where the ceiling height at the top is unsuitable for anyone over 1.5m. We each banged our heads several times. Main stairs are missing 4 out of 6 lights (3 along stairs plus wall light). 1st floor needs extending to the edge of top where there's a half step trip hazard.Cleanliness: left something to be desired, e.g. old sock in bedroom, fridge/freezer especially needs a thorough clean. Bathroom sink does not drain properly. Weird unusable mop!Kitchen: pans without handles? really? And the normal size 600mm hob has 3 rings not 4 - who even sells that? However, the fridge/freezer (no ice trays) is big and everything else - oven, 400mm dishwasher - works.Washing machine: efficient, but no clothes pegs for the airer so in the wind things go flying.WiFi: excellent.Host: Jessica replied to all queries swiftly and also provided many consumables - coffee pods (we took coffee but had to use the machine instead), sweets, goodies, shower toiletries, washing machine pods, dishwasher tabs, etc.
