Welcome to a cozy studio with beautiful natural light, designed to make your stay enjoyable! The practical and comfortable main room includes a sofa bed (with a 130×190 mattress topper), a TV, and Wi-Fi.
The kitchenette allows you to prepare small meals with ease: kettle, toaster, microwave, and portable induction hob (with a suitable pan) are at your disposal.
Important: the kitchenette does not have a sink.
The bathroom has a shower with good water pressure and a modern toilet.
An iron and a little ironing board, as well as a hairdryer, complete the equipment for a carefree stay.

Please note: as a neighbor is a smoker, tobacco or other odors may be noticeable at times.

Bed linens, towels, and basic supplies (2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel and hand soap, and trash bags) are included in the cleaning fee.
