Diese schöne 60 Quadratmeter 2 Schlafzimmer 2 Badezimmer 2 Toiletten Wohnung ist ideal im Herzen von Paris gelegen. In der Nachbarschaft der Republik gelegen, genießen Sie diese berĂŒhmte und lebhafte Gegend, sehr typisch: traditionelle Restaurants, StraßencafĂ©s, LebensmittelgeschĂ€fte, LebensmittelgeschĂ€fte, BĂ€ckereien (Croissants, Baguettes). Wohnung komplett renoviert, sehr hell, mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, und es schlĂ€ft Max. 6 Personen. Der Innenraum ist warm und gemĂŒtlich. Ruhiges, stilvoll eingerichtetes und funktionales Appartement

Das saubere u gut ausgestattete Appartement befindet sich in der NĂ€he der place de la RĂ©publique. Dennoch ist es schön ruhig, da es nicht zur Straße liegt. Mehrere MĂ©trolinien gleich um die Ecke; die gare de l'Est ist in ca. 20 Minuten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und haben unseren siebentĂ€gigen Aufenthalt in vollen ZĂŒgen genossen. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Die Betten könnten etwas breiter sein. Super Kontakt auch zum Vermieter!

The apartment was very clean and well set up. Dish washing liquid, tablets for the dishwasher and laundry detergent was all supplied. Communication with Laurent was excellent as was the folder with instructions and lists of restaurants close by etc. It was very quiet. The location of the apartment near the Metro Republic was excellent. This metro station serves several metro lines which makes it extremely convenient. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great location

Overall, the apt was in a good location next to Republique Metro station. Very convenient to all the sites. It was a maze getting to (and separate entry codes) which made it hard to access but we got used to it after a few times and the instructions were really clear. The restaurants near the apt were all fabulous. The interior of the apartment could use updating. The beds were quite hard and there was only comfortable seating for two people. The outside foyer smelled bad (I think cat urine or something else) which made keeping the window open hard but without the windows open, you’ll die of overheating. Overall, it was a nice stay, but with four people in the evening, there was simply not enough comfortable seating.

Great stay in Paris

We loved the apartment. Spacious for Paris and exactly what we needed. We had a group of 4 and the space worked well for us. The apartment was so quiet sleeping with the windows open was no problem. It does get a but warm at night with no AC and hot Paris days but open windows and fans helped.

Welcome to Paris

Clean, well equipped, comfortable accommodations. Terrific location steps to the metro at Place de la Republique. Close to grocery store and many restaurants and businesses.Prior to and upon arrival communication with the host was clear and prompt. During our 10 day visit there was a loud late night party across the courtyard, early morning (6:30) construction noise right outside of the apartment as well as late night footstep thumping from unit just above. When trying to communicate these issues to the host all messages via VRBO were unanswered. We did receive one response via personal email saying this was usually a quiet building.Paris is wonderful and welcoming, MERCI

A delightful apartment

We had such a delightful stay in this apartment in the 10e arrondissement! It was perfect for our group of 4 adults; there's plenty of space and has all of the amenities you might need. The hosts were helpful and communicative, and also left a binder of local recommendations for restaurants and shopping that we referred to often as "the bible." The apartment itself is lovely and airy, with lots of natural light. The building has a peaceful atmosphere that was relaxing in the mornings and when we had downtime. The building location is convenient with cafes, restaurants, shops, and a metro stop just minutes away. It was perfect for our needs and we would happily stay there again!

This property served our group of 4 well. It is indeed well located, convenient to the metros, quiet, clean with comfortable beds, and well-managed. Easy key drop off & timely communications. However, this unit needs to up its game regarding bedding. There were no extra blankets & while there 2 extra (visibly stained) pillows provided, there were no pillowcases so they were unusable. When I asked about these, I was simply informed these bedding items were not available.

Awesome apartment in great neighborhood

Fabulous location steps from the Place de Republique- transportation hub, 5 minutes to Canal Saint Martin with great local restaurants. Grocery store and famous bakeries within minutes. Real, not touristy neighborhood.Apartment is very quiet as it is in an interior courtyard. 2 bedrooms, one queen snd 2 twin beds plus pullout sofa.2 modern bathrooms with fabulous showers. Great kitchen with coffee pot, water kettle, stove top, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Spotless. Great wifi and plentiful outlets. Guest handbook with lots of local suggestions including how to order a taxi in English— important fir those 5am departures.Highly recommend. We will use again.

Fabulous week in Paris

Laurent's apartment provided a fantastic home base for a week in Paris with my husband and sister. The two separate bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our needs and provided privacy and comfort. The main area (kitchen, dining, living) is spacious and nicely furnished. There is no control over the temperature--it's set on the thermostat and then you turn on the heaters only when you're in the apartment. The bedrooms were toasty, but the main space was chilly and took a long time to warm up. Nonetheless, we had plenty of space to plan our days and to rest in this quiet and tidy apartment! The pictures match the in-person presentation. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. We loved the neighborhood! There is a metro station around the corner and there are plenty of cafes and shops to sample. All the most popular Parisian attractions are a short metro ride away, or you can take a long walk to most if you want. We didn't have any trouble navigating via metro or on foot. The local residents we interacted with were all kind and helpful. It was truly a fantastic stay for our first trip to Paris. Laurent was easy to work with and communicated promptly. Definitely use his book of information/recommendations that's placed in the apartment. Check-in and check-out procedures were smooth and straightforward. I can't wait to plan another trip to Paris, and this apartment will definitely be on my list for bookings. Merci beaucoup, Laurent!

Fine, needs new linens/pillows

This apartment was fine for what we needed in Paris. The location was great and it mostly had everything we needed. The one thing that would make me not stay here again were the linens and pillows- the pillows were very smelly and need to be replaced and include a pillow liner with the pillowcase. The linens were probably cleaned, but stained and the washer and dryer is very loud so if you plan on doing any laundry at night- keep that in mind. Otherwise, the location is safe and mostly quiet and has easy access to the metro.

Great apartment with Fantastic Location

We stayed in the apartment for 4 weeks. The location is fantastic being so close to the Republic Metro station! The apartment has great internet, hot water, quiet as it is in the interior of a block, working washing machine with a dryer, plenty of electrical outlets, good lighting, an American coffee pot, good size dining room table for using computer and eating. Laurent is very responsive; you do not meet him, however there is another person to let you in and help you out. The reason the apartment is quite is it is located on the inside of the block and there are 7 doors, 9 if you include in and out of the elevator, 3 combinations and 1 key, and 2 walkways which take you outside twice to get to the apartment, one of the outside walkways is not lit at night so we used our phone lights to get to the apartment.. You must get used to this and include the time in your planning. I must admit I am a super tidy person; the apartment floors and counters were not as clean as I like so I quickly brought them to my standards with the numerous cleaning supplies that are available. There is only 1 closet in 1 of the bedrooms. There is no safe for storing valuables, however we felt very safe in the apartment. We would definitely stay in the apartment again!
