The unit did not match the listing. The photos in the advertisement show a clean and well maintained space, but the actual condition was quite different. The property appeared worn and below the standard suggested in the listing photos. Because of the quality of the room and other issues we encountered during the stay, we were not comfortable continuing and ultimately had to relocate to another hotel. This created a stressful situation while travelling with family. Customer support acknowledged the concern quickly, which was appreciated. However, the resolution process took longer than expected. Overall this was a disappointing experience. I would encourage the host to ensure the listing photos accurately reflect the current condition of the property.

The location was fantastic! So many sidewalk cafĂ© is right out the door. Easy walk to all of the big attractions. The apartment was cozy and comfortable. There was only one hitch. They outsource of the company to take a damage deposit. Then you are told it can take up to 21 days to receive your deposit back. I’m sure ours was just a fluke. The people at the company that collect the deposit are very quick to respond. Except for it took almost 5 weeks to finally get the deposit back. Again, I’m sure it was just a glitch but just be aware
