The building is a 10-minute walk from the La Défense esplanade, Les Quatre Temps Shopping Center, the CNIT, the Grande Arche, Paris La Défense Aréna and public transport. It is ideal for couples, families (with children), business travelers and offers a free private and secure parking space.

The apartment is 31 m2 and is composed of 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 1 balcony, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet.
It can accommodate up to 4 travelers (1 King size bed in the bedroom and a comfortable sofa convertible into a 140*195 cm bed in the living room). A baby bed (with mattress) can also be made available if necessary.
The necessary bed linen and bath linen are at your disposal.
The apartment also has all the necessary household appliances (induction hob, combined oven and microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, refrigerator).
