We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Gentilly at 5 minutes of Paris, this charming studio of a surface of 15 m ² and being able to accomodate comfortably 2 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 15 m² with TV, Netflix, sofa bed (double) and dining area with folding table.
- An open kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, hotplates, Vertuo coffee machine...
- A shower room with shower, towel dryer and WC.

Exterior:
- A shared balcony at the entrance level of the studio.

The flat is ideally located in Gentilly, in a very pleasant environment 5 minutes from Paris thanks to the RER B station just a few steps away. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, 1 mn from Air Liquide, 2 mn from Sanofi, 10 mn on foot from the Maison des Examens and 12 mn on foot from Stade Charlety...

Adjacent to Paris, the commune of Gentilly is located in the Val-de-Marne department. Close to Montrouge or Kremlin-Bicêtre, it benefits from an excellent public transport service.

- For your convenience, we have set up an independent arrival with a key box. On the day of your arrival, a detailed welcome booklet will be sent to you with access information. Don't forget to consult it!

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
