The Space:
Enjoy a peaceful stay in this bright apartment, designed to accommodate up to five guests. It has one bedroom with a queen-size bed and two sofa beds in the living area. Ideally located, it is the perfect place to relax after a day in Paris.
The apartment includes:
• A sleeping area: the bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), plenty of storage space, and a ceiling fan.
• A bathroom: the bathroom has a large shower, a hairdryer, soap, and shampoo.
Sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, and bath mats are provided for the duration of your stay.
• A practical and functional kitchen: the open kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso machine, and all the utensils you need to prepare your meals.
• A cozy living room: in the living room, a double sofa bed for two guests (140 x 200 cm) and a convertible armchair for one guest provide additional sleeping space. This bright living area is equipped with a Smart TV (Netflix, Disney+, etc.) and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi.
• A dining area: a dining table and chairs
The apartment also has convenient laundry facilities—a washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board—for a carefree stay.

Check-in time is from 2:00 pm.
For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.
Deposit Requirement
A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.
Additional fees
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines
Do not leave keys on the door or inside.
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.
Please be aware of construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.
Internet Access
Kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We're not responsible for connection malfunctions.
We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
